| Ashley chapter 10 . 1/24/2007
Good story idea; love it so far but remus was bitten by Fenrir Greyback to get revenge on Remus' father.

...the broad, heavily-knitted green blanket with an orange embroidered R that Remus had forwarded to him a while before from a lady that he vaguely recalled as one of Diana’s former pupils; apparently, due to her knitting fetish, his son now had several very similar blankets of his own...
Oh dear. Mrs Weasley. That was pretty funny- and the part about Remus saying that there wasn't a crueler fate than leaving his old father to suffer his own cooking (or something) was really funny, too!

He was a werewolf. The governors knew it. The parents knew it. The students knew it. The Ministry knew it. After his exposure in the Daily Prophet, most of the Wizarding world knew it. And after what had happened last time, all would agree that it wasn't safe to have a werewolf in the school. He agreed it wasn't safe. The students would fear him. The parents would write. The governors would protest. The Ministry would have fits.
Dumbledore had smiled serenely. Remus had known then and there that he'd lost.
Did I mention I really adore your writing? I read 'Oblivious' and part of 'Imperius' in the Werewolf Registry site, but I thought 'Imperius' had been abandoned and I was very pleased and surprised to see you had completed it in

This fic was amazing! How did you find time to write such a brilliantly long story? It's just taken me the whole afternoon to read...(my chemistry revision was abandoned after becoming intrigued by the first chapter ;D) I love the way you characterize Remus it was absolutely Perfect! Keep writing a sequel would be much appreciated!

I don't think I've ever come across an author so bold as to write down the entire writing process in a separate chapter.
I love it! It's always fascinating to see how other minds work. Catch a glimpse of the mind beyond the computer screen.

This was a story I could read aloud and feel. I mean that in the most emphatic way possible. The words were drawn from my lips, begging to be spoken just to hear them off the page.
Something about...your voice enraptured me, snared me in soft claws and would not let me go. Such deft phrasing and jeweled subtlety lent refreshment to the entire piece. It has been well over a year since I have come across such a treasure.
You made the emotion palpable without making the readers feel mawkish or cheated. The true familial thread throughout the story was a wonderful touch (and the names were actually very clever too.)
It's not flawless, by any stretch of the imagination. But it is pretty damn good. The hard work you have undoubtedly put it into it reflects in the carefully crafted chapters, the smooth culmination of events, the all-encompassing plot.
I was never bored. Not once.
The best part, with the story ending, is knowing I have a sequel waiting for me.
P.S. In parting I would just like to add that your continuous use of "cocktail" to describe complicated emotions was just simply brilliant and fitting. I enjoyed that immensely.

I don't know about you, but to me that's a really good ending. It makes you think about everything that's happened in the story. I still love this story even though I've already read it.

Wonderful father-son bonding again. Hopefully, things will stay peaceful for a while after everything that's happened.
| kasmo chapter 41 . 8/21/2006
Remus was so cool in that chapter. A very strong confrontation and Remus finally got the closure he needed.
| kasmo chapter 38 . 8/21/2006
Tonks is certainly good for Remus. They go well together.
| kasmo chapter 37 . 8/21/2006
And just when things were going so well. Why do people always have to ruin such good moods like that?
