| Otto's Goat. 40 Acres and a Mule chapter 1 . 12/10/2004
You don't have to finish this.
..."Her hand flies up, swift and nervous, sketches shivering, unbalanced shapes out of thin air ; her lips part, and she spits silence, or just lets it dribble, thick, sticky, bitter, down her quivering chin."
..."Copper filings briefly swing to and fro against her temple."
The imagery is so dense that one has to read it again and again to fully appreciate it. Well done! favorite's list, of course.
| Burntchicken chapter 1 . 10/20/2004
The descriptive language is beautiful, almost what Tolkien would have written if he'd lived in the year 2004. Well done.
I'd really like you to keep on writing. :)
