omg I've been reading this story for days now and I'm so happy I did! It's the first spuffy one i read and i absolutely love the idea of buffy going back in time and meeting spike or william there! I'm also impressed on how remotely canon you managed to keep it which only made it that more enjoyable :)

Ah! This was great! I noticed a few typos, but eh, it's fan fiction. You did an excellent job with all the characters. I hated the Scoobies and Giles just like i did in the series! Just kidding, sort of.
I always felt like willow and xander were just using her as the foot in the door to a world of excitement and adventure. And Giles is a manipulative sneaky bastard. But anyway you did a good job portraying those traits AND their virtues.
Plus the storytelling itself was excellent. I was mentally screaming when William started down the path to becoming spike. Although i felt maybe the idea about the vampires not being totally out of control could have been handled better. The way you explained it made it seem they're no more out of control than the average mortal. Maybe you could explain it as the worst parts of the men are exploited by the monster and it would have had more validity while not dubbing vamps inherently evil. I dunno. It was an excellent story in any case and that one thing isn't even that important.
