Interesting but heart-breaking 'what if's.

Lovely and sad. I am glad none of these happened in actuality, but this was beautifully written!

I think I like the fourth one best- I've never thought of Faramir and Eowyn in battle together, but it's a wonderful scenario to think of. All of these were very well done- considering you managed to put five entire alternate plot lines into 100 words each. Impressive!

Ach. These drabbles are well-told and so heartbreaking, all of them. Each of them tell a full story, full of images, in so few words. I think my favourites are Two, Four, and Five. The last line of Five is perfect - a wonderful way to end both the drabble and this collection.

The fifth one. Tears. I am now full of sorrow and pain.

Amazing, beautiful. This couple has always been my favourite by far, and I think you captured their essence wonderfully. I believe the love of Éowyn and Faramir is divine without it being flawless, and this is the best portrayal of that nature that I have seen so far. Thank you for writing this.

Long stories, short stories-all your LotR stories are wonderful! These are particularly moving, even if most of these scenarios were sad. I think Five would have been better at the beginning, but that aside, you have me me really thinking about those. And poor Faramir- when she becomes Queen, he never marries. I can totally see that!

There was a time long ago when I was still naive and thinking that F and E had already suffered enough in the original book and nobody will ever imagine anything worse happening to them.

You're definitively a master of imagery, you say in so few words what would have taken me forever to express, and so beautifully too.

Quite the variety. Theirs was one of the fates that was the most volatile- if one little tiny thing had changed...who knows what would have happened? Nothing good, I can tell you that much. : (

I love these 'five things that never happened' fics, they work well in any fandom.

Gives the reader a perspective that things could've been a heck of a lot worse, making us thankful they turned outthe way they did.
