Very good story. Are you going to make a 2nd story to this one?

See what happens when you leave a little mischievious toddler in a bathroom all alone? Especially when that toddler is named Pippin! Poor Merry; first he had a mess to clean and now he has to worry about Frodo's payback. I liked this story.

Once more you've blessed us with a wonderful little story. I just love your stuff!
I'd love to be able to lend you a hand with something, if I may. Please don't feel hurt, it's just that I like to have my errors pointed out and thought I could be more helpful by writing something more than simple gratuitous praise.
That said, you might consider removing both commas from this phrase: "holding the, slightly dusty, cork aloft."
The commas being removed would not only be more grammatically correct, but would produce a smoother read. Again, I'm trying to be helpful, and mean this in only the kindest way. Other than that, I love the story. Not only is it filled with verisimilitude, but done so beautifully. Very believable and very well told. Keep writing and I'll keep reading.
your fan and friend,

Merry's gonna learn the hard way; The first rule of Pip-watching is you never take your eyes off him!
This was cute. :D How about a follow up where Merry has to find a way to work off his debt to Frodo?
