This is like the sweetest balm on an aching heart. I've been surfing around & read a frodo & sam story that had me simply weeping for chapter upon chapter. One of the hardest things of the series for me was the parting between Frodo & Sam & the cousins. This is simply the sweetest way of reuniting the four. The hobbit toddlers as they become youngsters are each unique to themselves, and so utterly enchanting. Bringing life and new learning to the elves of the Island.
This is warm, sweet, comforting and a wonderful visionary balm upon the angst of so many into the West stories. This renewal, this healing, is the way I want it to be for them.

I have been following your stories through, it think it is four fan-sites now. They are full of light and song. "except ye become as little children..." "that" kind of light. This way of healing is wonderful. I would never have thoght of this angle. However, i think that one thing that may happen as your children grow to maturity. Even though some fan-fic authors haqve thrown in angst and troubles, form the good professor i glean that our three married hobbits had long happy lives with wives and children. I have no doubt that eventually they will remember that beyond the circles of the world there are some people waiting who had become special parts of them. They will learn and teach, and explore and grow, then at the end of their second lives, they will fly to the light and join those without whom they would now no longer be complete. And a thought from Tolkien. Sam would often read from the Red Book, to remind his fellow Hobbits of the trouble they had gone through, so they would value their peace and safety all the more. It should be the heritage of all of Iluvator's children to have the kind of childhood that your Hobbit children will have. But I think we value that peace more since we live in a shadowed world in which it is too often lacking. Again, I enjoy the images you create.
Please, do continue.
