| Fang's Fawn chapter 1 . 3/27/2010
Beautiful...just beautiful. And so in character...
Poor Jayne...he doesn't even know why he did it, and if he got found out by the crew, how would he ever even begin to explain?
| magdilen chapter 1 . 5/11/2008
I can really pictue Jayne doing this, just to tick everyone off.
| Yvaughn chapter 1 . 6/21/2007
How COOL! I never thought of the black like that. Thanks for sharing!
| Lirazel chapter 1 . 7/17/2006
| Dina C chapter 1 . 1/29/2005
Really liked this little piece. How about building on the River-Jayne relationship and do another one that's even more flirty? :)
| Sagira Akila chapter 1 . 1/17/2005
That was good! I liked it. -
| Ernst Bitterman chapter 1 . 11/16/2004
The only quibble I could have with this is that river manages too much coherence in a stretch, but I rather think that's an artifact of the all-text format; writers can't show, after all, so they've got to tell. I totally believe the means of motivating Mr. Cobb, and appreciate the largely explicit simile in the anchor desciption. Nice little story.
| Beckett chapter 1 . 11/9/2004
Love Jayne stories, love the inter-action between them.
| silk1 chapter 1 . 11/9/2004

| Jewel34 chapter 1 . 11/8/2004
Very good piece of writing. I liked the feeling it conjured up - you're good at description.
