First of all, there is no such thing as being too old for fan fiction. I'm 72 and have been reading and writing it since the days when Star Trek the original series was still airing. I believe there is no such thing as being too old for Harry Potter nor anything else one loves.

You have genuine writing and story-telling talent. If you haven't yet, please start writing that novel that is in you to write. Too many people take a good novel or two to the grave with them. Each one that never gets written is a loss for all of us.

Really enjoyed reading this story. I can't quite understand why Snape didn't try to confiscate or destroy that motorcycle on purpose but I'm glad that he didn't. This was a wild ride. Loved glimpsing the world of horses and racing you have brought to life here. You wisely showed the darker elements alongside the wholesome and fun parts which made it all feel very real.

Also, I dated a young man way back in the day who was naturally athletic. He was brilliant at ice hockey and was scouted for the pros, but followed his dad into the law instead. Point is, he had never been on a horse before but picked it up in a single afternoon, before riding like he was born in the saddle. Annoying people like that do exist. Clearly, Harry is one. It is rather easy for me to believe that an entire childhood spent slaving away for the Dursleys built more lean muscle than most of his peers had. I'd imagine that would help in riding a broom or anything else.

I love this story and every so often check back to see if you have anything new.

Nice ending. I wish the hurt/comfort story wasn't 98 percent hurt. Snape was more of a bastard in this story than in any I've read in the past 15 years.

After nine chapters of Snape beating up Harry, maybe the story can progress to something else now.

Excellent work! Not too much angst, great character development, right mix of adventure and drama, overall a great story. I'm sad to see no sequel but wont nag you about it. Anyway, thank you for writing!

This is a great story and enjoyed, I wonder and hope if you will write another. Well written, loved the twists and cliffhangers. A real page turner and full of adventure. I took my time reading it and was not let down. Thanks for sharing. (Go Bucks!)

I like Snape's point of view. After everything, I can honestly imagine him putting crap aside and telling the raw honest truth that someone needs to hear. Spot on in my opinion and so true in life, good job. Now time to finish the story.

This is a great story so far, love the motorcycle Harry took, the tattoo (good job Snape), and the escape Harry did at Grimmauld just fantastic. This needs more recommendations (reviews). On with the story.
