| Lotus-chan chapter 9 . 8/8/2008 This fic was made of pure awesome. You delivered in the romance department without making the characters OOC and made me smile and squeal and cause me to be overcome with sheer warm-and-fuzzy. You also had some amazing one liners and bits like "He felt like he was burning alive and his world narrowed down to that one impossibly clear moment where his arms tightened around Sasuke, slowly twining around his chest, and they kissed each other in a wordless moment of spontaneous... honesty." I had to reread that part a few times because it was so unexpectedly ... perfect. It really made the moment for me. Great story. _ |

I miss the good old days where Team 7 could just be- there was no angst-filled drama, there was just Naruto, Sakura & Sasuke with their fucked-up little relationship being normal teenagers. This story deserves far more praise. I love how in character everyone is, I love the subtle sweetness behind the simplicity of it all, I love how awkward and raw Naruto and Sasuke are at the beginning. The confusion, the blooming of the emotion- everything, everything was perfect. It was cute and I loved every second of it. |

| IntertwinedxDestinies chapter 9 . 7/2/2008 That was absolutely lovely. I mean, the plot was relatively simple, but it was so beautifully written. I love your writing style. It's so descriptive and flowery, but it has the right amount of sarcasm to it. You know exactly how to word a phrase. I don't even want to count how many times the story made me smile. And the characters stayed pretty true to their original personalities. I would think Sasuke or Naruto or whoever would act exactly as he/she did in this story. Not many authors can pull that off. So. This is definitely a favorite. I'm pretty late in reading this story (it was published in 2004) but it's lovely all the same. Thanks for the great read! -IntertwinedxDestinies |
