This is pretty (by which I mean very) old, so I'm sorry for reviewing it, but I loved the idea. The tone is just right for this sort of thing.

Still great stuff. If you write more stories in the same timeline, maybe you could add extra chapters. The bit about Jesus-Martin James clarifies a few things.

Something i've always wanted to ask you; Sunny, and the girl in 'On Rotation' both have short dark hair. Are they connected?

Can't sign in, but this 'story' is still absolutely brilliant. I love the concepts behind it, its textbook style, but soft manner, the phrases used. In particular I loved the word 'theocracy'. Sheer genius.

Having not read your other work, I don't understand the stuff about Peter Joyce and Arthur Shire. Is Elizabeth Boreal a canon character and if so/not, how did she cause Lyra's death?
