AHAHAHAHAHAHA! It is DAMNED hilarious! So... what you mean is that Inuyasha has all his features except for his dog-ears? Meaning he has golden eyes, silver hair, and that's about it, seeing that the other features are very abnormal; but the silver hair and golden eyes are already abnormal.

So... Inuyasha doesn't have fangs and claws and dog-ears? I can probably live with that. But if Inuyasha didn't have his golden eyes, I probably wouldn't be able to live without that. I mean... the dog-ears are already enough. Don't torture this poor little soul any further...!
