This is a very sweet and romantic story, and I like it. But the only failure is the plot of rape,I think it's disgusting to regard this as a turning point in the story, especially since she can't punish him herself. Rape reflects the most disgusting and vicious part of the human heart, which makes people very uncomfortable.

You're cold to have murdered madame giry. How could you! Your cold to treat Rouel so unfairly. Those ruined the whole story which wasn't really that great. The attempted suicide , and how Christine was magically saved. Ive read better fanfiction.
