|Reviews for Perpetuō|
| Svadilfari chapter 1 . 4/3/2005
Gorgeous piece! Loved the lazy, easy feel it had especially in the two Elves relantionship.
And you have a wonderful way of writing animals just the way they are.
Oh, and a crew cut for Elrohir!
| Marnie chapter 1 . 3/30/2005
Such a beautiful little story! I loved the lazy, laconic feel of it - just right for a couple of elves who have all the time in the world. And it's so nice to see a story that doesn't treat their staying as some kind of great angst-fest, but quietly accepts that maybe they might quite like it here.
I love it! I wonder if it would be possible for me to put it on my site? You can find it here:
if you want to check it out.
| Unsung Heroine chapter 1 . 3/19/2005
Ooh, that was wonderful. *slaps herself for being once more incoherent when reviewing* I seem to have developed a weakness in expressing myself these days, hehe. But I liked it, really. And Crete... wow you woke my longings; I would like to be there right now. I was in Ierapetra far too long ago and it's simply beautiful!
| kazbels chapter 1 . 3/15/2005
I love it! It's so enjoyable to read stories about those Elves who did not sail to the Undying Lands cope with modern life. Yay!
| Bejai chapter 1 . 3/7/2005
Oh, nice! I love well done elves-in-modern-earth stories. And all the details were just right. The snow. The puppy. Celeborn feeding the geese. Really enjoyed this.
| Faerlas chapter 1 . 3/6/2005
It was a lovely little story. I enjoyed it very much. Very cleverly written. Keep it up!
| Crystal113 am I ever logged in chapter 1 . 3/6/2005
Very good story! Yes, it did cheer me up.
On to the one mistake: if this is set as early as I think it is (after WWI or WWII?), then there would be no such thing as political correctness. However, common courtesy, I think, would be enough to keep people from asking.
So, Glorfindel has a thing for dogs, has he? Hm... maybe he should become a dog trainer once. *grins*
Again, good job!
| Avalon Estel chapter 1 . 3/5/2005
Yay, you're back! (hugs) And with a new Modern Elves story, too! I loved it. I loved the guy with the crew cut, I loved the geese, I loved Herenya, I loved Glorfindel's casual demeanor and Celeborn's friendly one...
In short, I loved it all. It was beautiful and bittersweet, as usual.
P.S. - Did you know that you were my hundredth reviewer for "Imladris"? Thank you! (hugs again)
