| Evil chapter 1 . 2/29/2008
"Sky had to admit that Broken Sword had been right."
"Nameless’ failure had become a triumph for Broken Sword."
"but now he saw the wisdom in his friend’s actions."
The emperor should have been killed because he was a ruthless tyrant. He wiped out a 3rd of his enemies population. Under his dynasty they forced people to make the Great Wall day and night no matter what type of weather. It’s unknown how many people died but when people died during the construction they were put into the wall as filler.
They don’t bother to mention that about the Wall at the end of the movie do they... I wonder why...
Chain was the first country to give the world paper and writing and it was Chain and it’s first emperor to condone its first book burning. He had done so because he didn’t like what some people were saying about his dynasty. Some of Chain’s history from that time period was destroyed and lost forever. Also, the emperor did not want any wayward people of great knowledge to outsmart him or attempt to take advantage of his lack of knowledge. The people who wrote it were buried alive.
You’re not a great leader of the people if you force tens of thousands of people to make a wall and kill people just because you don’t agree with what they say.
There is a lot more that he did. He was no saver of Chain.
Within only a few years (3 years... maybe) after the emperor took the six kingdoms... he would be dead... by his own actions.
"unlike his late friend"
Where was it said that they were friends?
"He’d laid down his sword upon hearing of his friend’s deaths."
Next time look up "real history".

Uhm, sorry for the historical nitpick here, but at that time, Beijing didn't exist. I think Qin's capital, and later that of unified China, was Xiangyang.
