|Reviews for Burden of Guilt|
| Hannah Lynn McDonald chapter 11 . 9/26/2014
*groans* I should have guessed as soon as I saw 'Eomer' listed anywhere... I suppose I was hoping she had never sent it and that it was forgotten.
No such luck I see...

I am going to die of laughter...
Of course, I'm sure I'll be crying later so... How did the Doctor put it? They should be happy now BECAUSE they will be sad later?
| Hannah Lynn McDonald chapter 3 . 9/26/2014
*dropped head on desk* And this day just keeps getting better...
| Hannah Lynn McDonald chapter 2 . 9/26/2014
Wow. Didn't know that! I guess that someone would do that just never occurred to me...
*grins* Thanks for the minor history lesson!

'Spends most of the story hiding in some way or other' I love how when Eomer says to Aragorn that Faramir admitted to making Eowyn lie with one of his friends, Aragorn's reaction isn't doubt or even disbelief, he is just immediately wondering what Faramir actually meant. That part is... Brilliant!

i don't know if i ever give you a feedback for your stories...if not i ask you forgiveness for beeing so lazy...anyway i think you are one of the most talented writer around. I simply love how you portrait Faramir (my fav) and Aragon. When i want to read good LOTR stories i end to reread your stories and Evendim's (if i could turn back time i would have saved my favorite)...sadly good quality LOTR stories are difficult to find and i'm so happy that you continue to write...

Wonderful! I am glad that I am reading all of these so long after they were published, because I am not sure I could put up with waiting for updates! Plus the fact I still have a LOT of awesome fanficion of yours to plough through! I think that in the end Aragorn seemed to feel the most guilty as I think he finds what he sees as betrayal of his Steward and friend has impacted him enough that it will take a long time for hime to let go, as Faramir is so nice and forgiving, Eowyn has recovered from her despair with help and Eomer didn't brood as much as the others and was reconciled in the end, although I am sure that he had his own guilt. I love the relationships between your characters, and you write them so well especially certain psychopaths that are so easy to despise. I don't think I would have had the same self control as Eomer if I had been there! I must admit, the Tolkein purist in me didn't like the idea of Thought Bonding, but it's a great idea and perfectly plausible so I have grown to like it. Thank you again for such a great, true-to-Tolkein fanfiction!

I need to go and punch something now. ARGH. Excuse my lack of eloquence. Just... just... misunderstandings! Oh the angst... the angst... in a good way of course, but you really mistreat them! (not that we don't enjoy reading about it :D). Aragorn and Eowyn think that he blames them, which is why, but noooooo that's not it! There are no words. I hope you get the gist :)

And things only get worse...
One of the few awesome fanfics that I feel compelled to write several reviews for. People still read these and love them after all this time, you know! Thank you, although I suppose I should wait until I have finished reading for that... the cruel things you do to that pair... :D

That is a serious facepalm right there... that stupid letter!

Wow. This was an incredible story and most of it... I saw as a movie. I have said it before, and I will say it again, you have... not only a good sense of timing in the story, but also a good sense of epic timing - you are an accomplished story teller, and I am thankful for you sharing this with us and for the hours of obsessive compulsive behavior your writing has induced. I look forward to reading more of your work.

The last line in this chapter says so much - you know it is powerful when the loud become quiet, when the animated become still... when Dame Ioreth is speechless.
I love that there is the clash of old and new, the clash of different cultures and yet... somethings are universal. You bring this to the forefront with one simple elegant line.

Very well handled and yes, I can see Faramir being well... Faramir. He doesn't want to repay barbarism with barbarism... and it's good to have Eomir back on their side!
Well timed and well executed.
