![]() ![]() ![]() Oh my gosh, did I love this! I could hardly pull myself away, and finished it in one day...I'm going to favorite this story so I can come back. You did a wonderful job! |
![]() ![]() ![]() I've just read your story. Thank you! |
![]() ![]() ![]() I absolutely loved this story. And all the rest of your stories for that matter. You are a talented writer and quite inspiring! So much if the imagery and character development is what I pictured in writing my own story! Though I confess I am not as talented with words as you. I am honored to have read such a brilliant piece of work. I can see that you haven't written something for some time, but I am crossing my fingers and hoping you come back to us to bless our imaginations with your artistry soon! Hats off to you, my dear. Wonderful! |
![]() ![]() ![]() Fantastic. Loved all of it! |
![]() ![]() ![]() Aww. The end. It was soo awesome! |
![]() ![]() As I know you've heard, you are a phenomenal writer. Absolutely talented. And you're inspiring me to write more and to write better. Can't wait to keep reading. |
![]() ![]() ![]() this was one of the most beautiful storys I have read on fanfiction. Sometimes I was close to tears and still it was so heartwarming I could do nothing but to smile. |
![]() ![]() ![]() so ive decded to blame you for making me fail my atmospheric science lab since your such an AMAZING writer i couldnt bring myself to work on it :P oh well aha but really this it amazing writing ! you should be soo proud! so i guess since i didnt reveiw as i read its all going to be piled into this one post so here it goes fisrt off how do you say cerys name? i had wondered the whole story second im not usually a lancelot fan .. but you wrote him so well you couldnt help but like hime you gave him more substance than the usual portrayl of a playboy it made him much more likeable. i also liked how both cerys and himself went through so much together before they realized they were in love as i read many storys where they meet and wham bam thankyou maam the two characters are inlove and marrying. part of me wishes that you had included dagonet in with the knights but percy fit the story much better as he was a stronger present .. in my mind i included dagonet as a fallen knight :p i also like how you portrayed gawain, a little angsty for my tastes but well suited for the story. he was written very well, i liked how his problems slowly drew you in and made you worry for him all that much more. im very happy you gave him a semblence of closure later on as well.. i was on the edge of my seat reading his problems! my favourite character out of the whole story was tristen though as ive never seen him written as you did. i feel it gave him much more life, made him much more human and friendship wth cerys was so comforting it made my heart ache for a friendship that silent and strong. but he also kept his harse knight persona while in battle, and then you go and give him dancing and a heart so warm but hidden it was unbeleivable, and at the end with the ribbon i honestly teared up. i cant put into word how much i enjoyed the story! |
![]() ![]() ![]() Good story |
![]() ![]() ![]() Man, what a beautiful, beautiful story. Your characterisations are marvelous, your plot perfect, and your prose lovely. Bravo for creating such an amazing story! Best part: not only is this story beautifuly written, but it's also LONG! So it wasn't over in just a couple hours of reading! I love that! I felt like I got to be immerssed in the lives of the knights, to "see" what life was like at the fort. I cried. I laughed. And now this story is getting added to my favourites, because I'm sure I'll be reading it again sometime. |
![]() ![]() ![]() I didn't think this chapter or the last one had anything wrong with them. At all. They were great. The emotions you had Gawain go through were perfect for the discovery they made about what exactly was done to Gareth. I think the beheading was tasteful. Quick and to the point. It's not like the old Saxon's death was drawn out. From the way you gave the warning I was expecting some kind of torture scene or something along those lines. Anyway! Another great couple of chapters my friend! Can't wait to finish this piece! ~Britany ooo |
![]() ![]() ![]() The dance was so much fun! A true delight, and the way you had them do the dancing on the table was a lovely idea. I'd like to note that the way you have portrayed the celebratory mood but still keep an undercurrent of the toll the knights' lives take on them was well done. They are most certainly having a good time but you can tell that they have to work to keep those good times possible. I don't know if it has crossed anyone's mind, but the celebrations are ironic in themselves. I won't explain why, you either get what I mean or you don't! Ok, gotta run! Chapter 5 is like demanding I show my face like now. haha Your weirdly odd reader, ~Britany |
![]() ![]() ![]() I love the way you are setting up this story. All the character development and scene descriptions are exquisite. You really know how to write, and write well you do! I'm was bound by your fic that I only just thought now about pausing to review! Sorry about that but I'm hoping that the compliment and praise will help you to forgive me (haha). Anyyyhow, I like your protaganist. Cerys is a well written character. She's very likable but not too much so. She's relatable and that makes for a great heroine. Lovely all around, just lovely. Thank you for your great story my dear. And the fact that it is sooo long is making me do a happy dance. No seriously, I'm actually doing a little dance. (haha) Well let me get back to your wonderfulicious story or I might just sit here blahing on until the characters run out! ~Britany |
![]() ![]() ![]() All I can say is WOW. I finished reading the whole story in the past two days and it is amazing. I fell in love with every character and found myself crying and laughing with them. It's bittersweet to see this story end. You are a truly gifted writer and this story is one of my favorites of all times. |
