| DaLintyMan chapter 14 . 2/25
Well, I might only have seen it because tkioz tried to pull it in his story, but I called Kaz was going to die after hed talked about visiting home and when they came under attack.

| DaLintyMan chapter 8 . 2/25
I did not know that Vader had this amount of sneakiness.
A pink destroyer droid. Nice. Although, in one of the X-Wing books, the one guy has a puce airspeeder.

I stumbled across this and am quite happy I did. I really like how you've focused on Leia here. Not too many people do. She tends to be a bit of an after thought and that drives me nuts sometimes because she's actually a very strong character. I also like how you've written the dark side in this. I mean, it's seductive and it twists one's mind and thoughts (and I was actually going to bring that up in my own series that I'm writing, so I couldn't agree more) and I think Leia's real strength is her ability to resist it's pull-although I also like that you said that's one of her weaknesses; she can never fully trust the Force because she primarily uses the dark side. Still she can use both light and dark with minor consequences (could be argued, but I'm saying comparatively here) and that isn't something that anyone, even Vader to a very large extent, can do.
It breaks my heart that this hasn't been updated in 5 years. *sigh* Ah well. I'd be happy to volunteer as a beta reader or at least someone you could bounce ideas off of if you like.
Well, whatever stopped you writing this, I hope it gets resolved soon, whether you plan to start this back up or not. Thanks for the excellent read! :D
| Anne Camp aka Obi-quiet chapter 32 . 1/11
One thing I'd like to see either Anakin or Leia realize is what Obi-wan had to work with at the time he took them away.
1. He had just had people he trusted completely turn on him.
2. He came to see his home practically destroyed and almost everyone he knew killed-including the children and infants.
3. He comes to realize/acknowledge that Anakin had an intimate relationship with a friend (further betrayal in his eyes, even if the point could be argued)
4. He comes to a planet just after Anakin killed a good number of people in cold blood (and could probably feel that through the Force)
5. He sees Anakin turn on his wife and try to kill her.
6. He leaves Anakin (I believe because he couldn't bring himself to kill Anakin, even if it would have been a mercy to an extent, but that's besides the point) practically dead and didn't know Anakin had lived at the time Luke and Leia were born. Padme's ramblings could be easily passed off as just that: ramblings of a broken, sad, dying woman.
7. When he does find out Anakin is alive, he's seemingly supporting that which had destroyed everything Obi-wan held most dear.
He had no idea that Anakin wouldn't kill his own children after killing the Temple children and turning on Padme. Of course they couldn't be raised together as it would attract too much attention and put them in greater danger. Admittedly they probably should have told Luke and Leia about each other at least, but I can still see their reasoning as to why they didn't. I"m sorry, they can be as angry at Obi-wan as they want, but in his position what would they have done? Especially if they cared at all for the children?
You probably realize this, but it's bugging me that Leia refuses to see it from his point of view. Of course, she is only 16 and a bit on the brash side, but still...
| Anne Camp aka Obi-quiet chapter 16 . 1/10
You mention here something about how when the republic and the Jedi were young that they had encountered the Sith. That sentence bothered me as the Jedi predated the Sith by several thousands of years. Sith appeared approx. 7000 BBY, where as they had records of Jedi as far back as 25,000 BBY. Before the Sith, they were mainly Dark Jedi as I understood. Also, the Republic is only a thousand or so years old.
It's a minor thing and would only require a bit of tweaking, but it bugged me none the less so I figured I'd mention it.
| Garibaldi the Black Haired chapter 32 . 12/24/2013
I would say that living with the killer of young children is not conducive to a safe home environment for young children.
| Garibaldi the Black Haired chapter 19 . 12/21/2013
I feel the need to mention this, it is pertinent to the chapter.
"The spice must flow."
