You made a small mistake in the "Hogwarts plants are mighty fine' verse. You put Ponoma Sprout when it's Pomona Sprout. You accidentally switched the 'm' and the 'n.' Still a good story thus far.

Just finished the last chapter a bit ago and wow... While it isn't the overall best story/series, it's one of my top 10-15 or so, (a series counts as 1 story in my list no matter how many books are in it

I honestly don't mind unfinished stories as much as the authors state they do, but I will say in defense of said authors, that if it's not likely to be worked on in forever, just mark the damn thing as abandoned, or on hiatus, or something, at least, in the summary or the first chapter heading... pleeeease.?.?.? So whoever reads the story knows not to expect a finished work. That really is a letdown, when you "finish" a book that was last updated anywhere from 5-15 years ago, and was a brilliant work of art and you find out that it was cut off about of the way through, for whatever reason

None of that rant applies to this story though, I'm thinking, although I'll let you know when I'm actually done reading it whether my high opinion of the book still stands...

I don't remember the name of it, but there's a story I read a couple of months ago that DEFINITELY fits the whole "short chapter- long author reviewer notes" thing he or she even managed to add a one-shot or short story, kinda like an Omake or something like, in nearly every chapter, that was a page or more long(sometimes 3 or 4, or more)(in Google play books), just as some viewer response thing... Made it literally twice as long with the many many review responses, I figure. Technically "A Second Chance" by "Breanie" is the same way, but at least her chapters are way longer than the review notes.

Good story so far by the way, although, like the first book, I still don't see the sense in the scene style you guys use, as a lot of the scenes just don't seem to require all those line break things and scene titles, but hey it's your story, and honestly, like I said, besides that, I really do love it, and that's such a minor thing that I don't care so much about it, as the rest of it makes up for it...

In the author's notes for this chapter the author questions someone who apparently questioned the PBs robes, and specifically said they didn't have battle robes, when earlier in this book(or was it end of last book?) Either Harry or his American muggle military consultant friend (I forget his name), or someone anyways, mentioned the possibility of getting battle robes, or other types of clothing specifically for battle, therefore whoever the commenter in question is, they were actually correct, well, partially correct... Yes, as far as I can see they aren't using anything other than the special dress robes when needed, but the truth is still, the fact that they were at least discussing them(in passing , at least)even if, so far, they haven't had scenes wearing battle robes, although it would definitely benefit the core group to have a bit of an edge, just to help keep assassination attempts to a minimum...

Not sure if the author you mention as having a good book or two, melindaleo is the same as the one I'm thinking of, but if I remember correctly the one I'm thinking of, called "the 7th horcrux" (I think that's right) is another good work(or at least, I think it is) and I would recommend that, but I haven't read it in forever so I couldn't give you much in the way of a summary, as I'm not even sure I remember the book title correctly, and that assumes the name you wrote was indeed the same person. On that note if it WAS the same person, I tried spelling the name the same way the author did, although I believe the author in the author notes spelled it wrong, but again I can't be 100% sure because of my poor memory so far as to what was in it aside from it was the basically the 7th Harry Potter story that was purported to be originally when it was stolen from fanfiction sites, a leaked first draft of the real book... On that note, if as I mentioned, it is the book I think it is, it does bear striking and I mean very striking, similarities to the actual book even though it is not really from JK Rowling in any capacity...

Now that I'm done with my rant about how good that book is to me anyway even though I forget everything that went on in it aside from that tidbit I just got done ranting about, I would like to say that this book like the sequel that came before it is a very good book so far...
