Just finished the pair of stories and enjoyed them both very much. A great alternate to the last two books.
Also as an avid fanfic reader (usually HP and SG1) I agree with your author pet peeves totally!
Keep writing. The humour you include is a welcome relief and this is far better than the vaguely disturbing fic you did, "saying no". This kind of story is much nicer to read, at least in my view anyway. :)

Why would anyone complain about the length of the chapters? This story and "Dumbledore's army" are fantastic! A long chapter(especially if it's good) is a gift, not something to complain about.

Nice,I surely do enjoy your stories. It was a wonderful trip, sad and exciting. I truely can not wait until a read a new one, but funny enough I plan to wait a while. Why? you may ask, well because I need to sleep and I keep having weird dream with your stories mixed in. Frankly I need the rest and I want to spread them out over the time I need to wait for the last book of the Dragon Saga.

While I don't believe cannon Harry was beaten except by Dudley, I do believe he was abused, alot. Many STILL belive that if it is not physcal than is not abuse. I grew up being told that I was nothing but a fat loser and would never be anything but a fat loser and that's pretty much what happen but now I realize that I was just listening to an idiot so I am so much more than that. Harry may not have been beaten to within an inch of his life, he may not have had any broken bones until he got to Hogwart or even bled until than but he was abused.

But that does not matter in the least, this if fanfiction. Here an idea is taken and run with, it need not follow cannon at all (if you don't like noncannon stories don't read. I don't read stories where I feel that the character are too OOC for me.) that the whole fun of fanfiction to see favorite characters living their lives in a different way.

You (and the wife) write stories that are about Harry. Harry is there, not just some guy named Harry and I like your stories they are interest every inch and just a joy to read. I hope that you and the wife write for a long LONG time.

I am not the type to write profound reviews so I will just stick to saying I thorouhly enjoyed this story and the one before it.

I love stories who keep some canon but not everything, cuz what is the point if you follow canon to the letter, that's already written.

Now off to read your other stories.

Pet Peeves: Unfinished stories are a nightmare, I did it many times thinking it was finished and then to find out it wasn't.

Communities in theory they are good, but they should only add finished stories its too much work to keep track if a story gets finished in a timely matter.
