He's going to do it before Krum, right? Please, please tell me he'll ask her before Krum. I'm rooting for George. Nothing against Krum, but I couldn't bear to imagine George's face if he's turned down. Major angst. And I like angst, but Hermione deserves some happiness once in a while.

I'd like to see Sirius jealous. Especially if he can't really figure out why he's jealous.

The "can you imagine anyone with less too lose" question is typically him. However, I thought that sentence described futureHermione's circumstances much better than his own. I can't help but think that quite a bit of his own reasoning will be thrown back into his face if he ever figures out about that. (Hope that made sense)

I liked the ring. I wonder why he said "Probably not one like this." It makes me wonder if it has some magical properties- though I doubt it. I don't think this story has quite that many plot-centric (or at least sub-plot centric) powerfully magical items.

Hermione's "you should'nt go putting a calculated worth on your life" is typically her. She tries to bring Sirius around to see sense, while convieniently avoiding the fact that she's already told Malfoy that she wouold kill herself rather than let Voldemort capture her.

On a lighter note, I loved "Hermione, being herself, missed it by a yard." So true.

Hmm. "Rest up a bit, I'll be here a while." That doesn't sound like very long. Maybe a few weeks. Still, I could be reading more into it than there is.

Hermione does seem to be a bit snappy with Harry and Ron lately, doesn't she. George seems to calm her down, though. Can't WAIT until he starts figuring things out. HAH! That'll be good. I'g like to see someone else's reaction as they find out about Sirius.

How long is this review anyway? Oh. About forty-two lines. Which just goes to show that I really don't have a life, but hey.

I hope Hermione has another twitch in time, or the timeturner misbehaves in some other way. (Preferably in front of somebody, just because I'm cruel that way.)

That chapter was amazing, and most definetly worth the wait! I really loved more of the George and Hermione interaction, and I know that George wants to ask her to the Yule Ball! :3 I hope he does!

I also really enjoyed the Sirius and Hermione part where Sirius thought he was expendeble, and Hermione fought him on it. I really, really like that scene.

how did you get 17? i got 16 at best. see she should normally be 15 mid sept 1994. add in the time turner - say she did it for a whole year (12 months thus the 9mos oof the last school year plus the 3mos so far of this one if not 3.5)) and thats an added 0.5 yr. thats 15.5 plus the added 3.5-4 mos currently 15.84 add in some extra rounding up or whatever and you get 16 at best with over adding.

Nice try in getting her legal for Sirius.

It's very good to see a continuation to Out of Time. The story didn't really feel complete after all. As always you paint a very good picture of the character's emotions.

Sorry I didn't review before now, but I can sometimes be a bit absent minded.

I've of course noticed all the Hermione / Sirius undertones (I'd have to be blind not to see where that might be going). But I must admit that I'm very curious as to how that will play out. It is a very weird situation. She is actually slowly catching up to him in age thanks to the time turner (aka one reason why it's so weird). I also can't imagine the tangled family relationship of one of your best friends being involved with your godfather.

Anyways, enough of my rambling! Keep writing I look forward to the next chapter.
