Reviews for Shattered Moments
MyGuiltyPleasures chapter 36 . 9/13/2008
I am completely and utterly confused, but I'm pretty sure a lot of that has to do with reading this until 3 am while sick. I like how you ended it without having everything wrapped up. This is probably the most interesting time turner story I've read. I like that you brought in the confusion that would surely come from jumping through time so often.
Dreams of Starlight chapter 36 . 8/18/2008
i came across this fic... well your prequal to this first actually- out of time! and i fell in love with it. the whole story was brillaint... my mind was working miles per miute with the crypitc clues you kept giving out but still retaining some important facts that made it just that harder to figure out what the heck was going on! i was glad you added that part bout quantum... sumthin' or another on in you AN helped me to work out a few things... i'm slightly disspointed with the fact of GWHG didn't occur... a coupling which until reading this fic used to make me feel icky about... dunno why now...lol... wish you would cointinue to write more on this fic.. with all the mindbogling that it caused... since it wasn't until the epilogue u find out how harry found out about his godfather! but alas all gud things must cum to an end! so thanks for this and can't wait for another major story of yours to come out into the works! hopefully soon!
lama chapter 25 . 8/17/2008
This story is fantastic. I am impressed with your vocabulary, there were quite a few words that i had to look up!

Its been a long time since i had to excersize my reading muscle, there were actually some passages that i read aloud to my bird!

Thanks so much
missevilprincess chapter 36 . 8/5/2008
Wow. Wow. Just wow. I loved this. And you do not know how glad I am that I came upon this while it was completed. Now I don't have to wait...

This story was delightfully confusing. I don't know how you came up with this stuff.

And plus, it was cool how you weaved everything into the story. Mystery type of thing. xD

And this review goes for Out of Time too, just to let you know. I just didn't want to stop reading. LOL.

I'm not entirely sure (still in a daze from story) but in Out of Time in one of the chapters, there was a couple of spelling mistakes. But yeah. Not entirely sure. When I go read this again, I'll make sure to point it out...
Agent of the Apothecary chapter 36 . 7/21/2008
It's ridiculously late - crap, 2:09 am, as my little digital clock handily informs me . . . so didn't realize how late it was - and I've just spent the past twelve hours, give or take, muddling through the entire Twisted timeline. It was completely and utterly worth it. It was lovely and dark and - pardon the pun - twisted and somehow you managed to create an epic that fits in beautifully. For once, twelve hours of reading fanfiction that I wouldn't at all consider a waste.
Tara chapter 36 . 6/25/2008
You know, I really would love to curse and hate you for ending this. But you're too brilliant of an author. You kept me enthralled throughout not only this story, but the former in the sequel. At times I was breathless, at times I had tears in the corner of my eyes, and at times I had no idea whatsoever as to what was going on. Had to backtrack a bit for those. You definitely have the admirable trait of a writer that leaves a reader wanting more. I moved my bed to the computer desk, and read both of your stories the whole way through in one sitting. J.K Rowling's Harry Potter books got set down for the morning when I got tired. If the novel you were writing when you finished this gets published, I would love to read it. Best regards.
Caramel Crazy chapter 36 . 5/27/2008
Brilliant. I loved this fiction. A nice follow-up to Out of Time, wonderfully dark and richly suspenseful. I love how you let Young!Hermione and Sirius get together. Maybe they'll be on the same Auror squad, yeah? Anyway, the bitterness was wonderful, the mysteries and plots and subplots tying together nicely. Brilliant. Will there be a sequel anytime soon? If yes, I can't wait for it.
fairiekween13 chapter 35 . 5/18/2008
Okay, this is going to be a little bit confusing, but considering what you just wrote, you should be able to handle it. The review for chapter 36 was the first one I sent. After I sent it though, I realised that you never told us what happened to George. So, I'm now asking you this through review of chapter 35, but it was supposed to be in the review on chapter 36. Get it? What happened to George?
fairiekween13 chapter 36 . 5/18/2008
OH. MY. GOD. Well, I have to say, while this fic confused the hell out of me, it was bloody well worth it. I read this fic, and the one bofore it, while I was supposed to be studying for my exams, so, I'm probably going to fail them. But this was definitely worth it.
Kylani chapter 36 . 5/9/2008
*squee* This is as good as I remember it, too.
mountainelements chapter 36 . 5/9/2008
This series is good but confusing. Did Draco leave the time turner and note for Sirius? Is that how Hermione and Sirius both had the time turner at the same time? Also, would you please consider doing a short side story about how Harry and Ron found out what Hermione was up to and how they convince Krum to go along with their plan?
mountainelements chapter 25 . 5/8/2008
"Hermione smiled weakly. “It’s a little late, Sirius.”

She never used his name either."

Hermione called Sirius by name in the prequel. These aren't really important things but just things to look at if you ever decide to rewrite the series.
mountainelements chapter 22 . 5/8/2008
Actually, Hermione drank some alcohol in the prequel in order to convince Sirius to stop drinking. She didn't drink enough to get drunk, but she's had more than just Butterbeer before. This series is very interesting so far. Are you still going to write the sequels?
Maridee chapter 36 . 4/16/2008
Simply amazing. That is all that can be said. I have just finished reading both of your stories. In one sitting, might I add, because I could not stop reading it. I thoroughly enjoyed your concepts and intricacies woven through the story. Even with so many different “life lines” to follow along with and details to keep track of, I was easily able to follow along without having to go back and reread previous chapters. This shows that you have the wonderful gift of being able to map out a story to the point that the readers will be able to enjoy it without further illumination, if they are paying attention. Keep up the marvelous work.
dead2self chapter 36 . 4/1/2008
Well… I remember reading this a long time ago and giving up on it near the end because I thought it was getting silly. I was clearly out of my mind. Maybe I was reading it really late at night and the complexities of the story were lost on me… Whatever the case, it was BRILLIANT. The only fault I can find with it is that I find is that I thought Hermione was a little out of character in her interactions with Ron and Harry (I find it unrealistic that she wouldn’t tell them anything… especially that Sirius is innocent). My complaint is more with Out of Time, because by this installment the timeturner is starting to take over… But some things must be sacrificed for plot. What can you do?

So although I thought the foundation of Hermione's character was a tad faulty on my first read through, by the time I got to the end I thought your development of her character was top notch. The idea of mixing timeturners and horcruxes was brilliant... and of course, I love the Sirius/Hermione elements! Loved that Ron and Harry got added into the equation near the end of the story again. It would have been a shame to leave them out. Draco... his decision was sudden but in the light of the different timelines, not that unbelievable. I'm a bit biased because I'm not a fan of redeemed!Draco. A little disappointed that the George/Hermione relationship was left hanging, but what can you do? I do appreciate that the story wasn't completely resolved. I think that would have ruined it. All in all, a really great story, well planned, deep, entertaining... and great. :] Thanks for this wonderful series!
