This was a wonderful read. You write action and fear wonderfully. I have to admit, the last chapter did feel a little abrupt, but it had enough references to past chapters and you foreshadowed nicely that it wasn't jarring. Thanks for the read!

LOVED this! I really wasn't expecting it to end the way it did, but I can't bring myself to say that I didn't like it. I was so glad for a happy ending (beginning?) for the two of them.

This looks interesting and considerably more lighthearted than Marrow! I was looking around for the sequel and found this instead. Looking forward to getting into another amazing story. :)

I had no idea. Maybe it is Stockholm syndrome then. Oh well. In reality it bothers me the most because then it doesn't feel like violet really loves him. I mean, I know she's learning, but the idea of the possible erroneous influence of a mental illness takes away from my appreciation of the pairing. That's not to say the story isn't good. I probably love it lore for this cognitive dissonance. (Let's not forget that he did unspeakable things to her-but that comes along with his status as a killer-there's almost too much to weigh now).

I don't even know. I'm just thinking out loud. Changes nothing in my love of this story. Love marrow by the way.

I really liked this story. Synlet is my incredibles lifeblood so it's not much of a surprise. My affection for this story is really just confirmation that it is pretty damn good. Of you can trust my judgement is. No worries I'm sure there are many other similar ones.

Anyway, one of the reasons I like this story is that it's kinda weird. Like I said, synlet is my lifeblood, but something just barely holds my back from squeeing my full approval. Violet's affection smacks of Stockholm syndrome. Just a bit.

I know that's not really the case-she did try her darnedest to get away. And she succeeded. And she really just wanted him to kill her of she couldn't leave. And boy was she happy when she got away. But, the unhappiness at neon left alone gets to me just a bit. I mean, it's like harker in marrow-just a teeny bit.

That being said this story is awesome. Obliged eight chapters yet so... Fulfilling. You know i figured she had died, since there was barely any story left and she hadn't gotten out yet. Man you're good. In any case I loved this. I love your choice of ending, and I love your characters. This story is beautiful. Thanks for writing it.

This whole story reeks of Stockholm Syndrome (ironic, huh?) but that's not stopping me from loving every li'l inch of it.

Yay! I like! You totally got Syndrome and Violet perfect. I love the whole 'shower and a toothbrush' routine. That was EPIC.

All in all, great. There were a couple minor things, but it didn't impair my reading or anything. I still loved it and I completely forget the criticisms now, so I won't bother!

I'll be watching for more of these. You're talented! My only suggestion would be to put more jokes in when they're sparring. The Incredibles was a comedy action movie, so stories should be similar.
