I do like this so far, but a few parts were very confusing. I could not tell when Kagome was reminiscing, when it was a flashback, or when it was the current time frame. Also, sorry for nitpicking, but there seemed to me to be a little too much evaluation and re-evaluation and re-re-evaluation of the short and sweet moment that Sesshoumaru first woke up.

I know this story is old and has been finished for a long time, but I need to comment on how well this chapter was written. The thoughts of Sesshomaru and how well it was written for someone with memory loss is astounding. Very well done.

This has to be one of the most beautiful and complex, yet simple stories that I have ever read. I loved it and was moved by it from the very beginning. Thank you for writing it and sharing it with us.

This story was great. Truly beautiful. I really enjoyed your use of psychology in the story and color theory. The character growth was wonderfully done and the pacing made sense to me. I really liked how they had to earn their happy ending. I'm so glad I read this one.

So this started really well but I feel like everything is contradicting itself. Also, Inuyasha would have without a doubt smelled Sesshomaru on Kagome because he always knows when Sesshomaru is nearby, whether its scent or aura. And how did Kagome treat Sesshomaru without touching him? That doesn't make any sense really, and her being in close proximity like that would absolutely allow for Inuyasha to smell Sesshomaru regardless of whether or not she directly touched him, especially if he was covered in blood.

Also I feel like things are being a bit over-explained or you keep saying the same things but wording them differently. Like Kagome's emotions for example, we all understood how she felt in the first chapter but you keep explaining the same emotions over and over again and sometimes they contradict themselves, like Kagome doesn't care but then suddenly its super painful.

I think you do have a really vibrant writing style though, and I commend you for the idea of the story!

This is my favourite SessKag fic of all time-yes, above Unspoiled and Second Alliance and all those other epics. I feel incredibly fortunate to discover this story on my second dive back into the Inuyasha fandom; I don't think I would have appreciated this fic as much when I was younger but this was incredible to read.

I love your themes of memory and perception in this story, I love how most of this story is comprised of two people talking and remembering their memories, I love how complicated the feelings are and how they finally find a way to each other in the modern era in a way that isn't entirely soft but so very them. The way she compares him to the colour white was beautiful. Thank you for writing. I saw that your profile was updated recently, and that you've been thinking of writing again, and I really hope you do so.

Aww, I love Maurus! He's so funny but at the same time wise. But also a drunkard lmao. He reminds me a bit of Uncle Iroh from Avatar. He's one of my favorite characters in the series.
