(yes, yes i know, i've been know to be extrememly strange at times. some of my friends question my sanity. i do as well...hm) ha ha ha had to add that but SERIOUSLY PLEASE RETHINK! |
| Starrarose chapter 4 . 12/4/2009 There's just one small problem. You shouldn't ever meditate with crossed legs. Cuts the blood flow off. For beginners - it's just another distraction as your leg goes to sleep. For experts it can cause health problems. |
