| Shiroimono chapter 4 . 2/18/2017 I really love this fic-both for the RC and for the tenderness Christine ultimately shows Erik when he is dying. I was relieved that it didn't end with Erik running off with her, as it seemed for a while it might. The part where Christine persuades Erik not to kill Raoul and they argue over whom she loves is really excellent. Enjoyed it greatly. |

I think this is the first story I have seen for a long time that is pure Leroux (and has actually got the young Raoul's violent emotional swings in it, without making fun of him). So glad I came upon this eight years after it was started... when it was actually finished... I'm a bit confused as to how "Raoul's aim was true" when his shot missed, though? |
