|Reviews for The Death of Harley Quinn|
| imyourfag chapter 1 . 11/10/2014
I really love this story. While I do believe he has a feeling (or two) for Harley, I also know that he would never jeopardize his plans for her. He would never save her.

OMG this made me "CRY" :'(
| Latz212 Keith chapter 1 . 9/8/2013
Excellent. Nearly perfect in every way. It would be terrible to never see this story put together in a one-shot, non-canon comic. If I had the ability to push this in front of DC Comics, I would.

This was amazing. You completely captured the essences off all the characters and I loved it!
| Foxcub2 chapter 1 . 2/25/2013
Beautifully written and very moving

That was a hauntingly beautiful tragedy. Ivw always been fascinated by hArley and jokers relationship, because I'd only liked to think joker actually did love her... Great job done here, so creative and fantastic details.

I too am a psychology freak. I am very into Harley and Joker, and am considered to be a living version of Harley. This story actually made me cry because He never loved her and all this time she was just being used. I can almost relate and I do feel for Harley. Your story has inspired me to write my own.
| XxXHarleyQuinnXxX chapter 1 . 6/16/2009
I can't say I could see Harley killing herself...but other than that great story...it's a favorite now!

*squee* Yay! In-characterness!
You've written Harley Quinn and The Joker perfectly. Harley committing suicide under the realization that the Joker does not love her is what I actually thought so too. She would rather die than not have the man she loved more than anything not care about her. You've created a perfect balance of madness and realization in Harley, the fact that she was starting to have doubts about Joker's sincerity leads the readers into believing that she might be gaining a little bit of sanity. But then she turns a step back and kidnaps herself to see if The Joker really does care about her. I sympathized with Harley the moment I first saw her in Mad Love, she didn't know what she was in for. And then you have The Joker, I think you've done a wonderful job in writing him. He really does not see Harley Quinn as a human being with emotions, but more of a pet that he can train and control whenever he feels like it. I don't see the Joker ever having feelings for anyone, he's much too ruthless and evil to be the fluff-puppy romance kind of guy. His only interest is in destroying Batman and Gotham City and not even Harley Quinn can change that. So once again, kudos to you for making this one-shot and I'm just gonna hit the button that will add this to my favourites story list. :)

i liked this fic, its sad..a tragedy
i actually think that he does care for her,
but has lots of trouble showing it b/c he doesn't
want to show that side of him much to her.
but i like ur take on their relationship, that
he doesn't care for her.
however there's a few misspelled words :P
| Fyrmer chapter 1 . 8/22/2005
Well, this was...interesting. I'd have to disagree with the basic premise in a few ways, though. Firstly, I doubt Harley would actually take her own life, and secondly, I'm sure the Joker would be at least a little upset if she did. But it was well-written and well thought-out, if if the characters do stray a bit away from the canonnical.

Oh, my heart is in tatters after this. ;( Poor Harley. And Gabriel! GAH! His mom! Way to twist the knife, hon. ;) Ouch.
| Poptartfrog chapter 1 . 6/29/2005
That was really a very interesting story. I actually do think that the Joker cares about Harley in some small way, but that may just be wishful thinking on my part. It's very possible that he doesn't care about her at all. You wanted the reader to feel bad for Harley... Well...you did a good job. This fic actually made me sad. It's very well-written, and while I think you made the Joker a bit too harsh, it's still an interesting take on their relationship. Anyway, you had to write him that way to get your point across. I hope you do write that other fic.
