| cobecat chapter 1 . 7/17/2005
I think this has made my YEAR. Never even heard the song, and I fell out of my chair laughing anyways. I concur with Saiyo-you're a genius.
Rincewind? Belly dancer? Oh god...my eyes, my eyess!
| Saiyo's Rainstorm chapter 1 . 7/16/2005
Oh, man. You have no idea how much this cracked me up. (Actually, you probably do...) Especially the last chorus. What can I say? You're a genius.
PS Rincewind should never, ever, ever be imagined like that...ever again. I am mentally BLIND for a year.
| pineapples rok mi sox chapter 1 . 7/3/2005

Way too funny. I sang it to my friends; they cracked up.
I love the dig on the Wizard's sequins. Keep up the good work!
(Multiple exclamation marks are a sure sign of insanity.)

And Sergeant Angua looks oh so tempting
Man, I want to see her dressed like that
Ma, don't we all?
| intriKate chapter 1 . 6/30/2005
I don't know this song, but I have to admit that was pretty funny.
Rincewind as a belly dancer? Oh, dear. I just imagined that too, now that you mentioned. Truly it is not a blessing to have such a graphic imagination.

I didn't really appreciate this until I heard the actual song and started to rap along it with your lyrics. It makes me proud that you chose the "dirty version" (aka "explicit version). Unfortunately, I have no idea what
Discworld is, and I'm not at all familiar with Pterry, but I still found the lyrics quite humorous.
I thought adding "sir" at the end of "Mr. Carrot," Mr. Colon," and "Mr. Samuel" to make them rhyme with "officer" was very clever.
There are parts where the lyrics are either exact or where the syllables don't quite match up to the original, but I can forgive that.
Keep on writing! Don't keep the fans waiting for too long
| Tuatha de Danaan chapter 1 . 6/28/2005
So funny, how do you write rap? I find it impossible. The absolute best verse was the librarian.
| Blank Ned chapter 1 . 6/28/2005
*falls off chair*
That was hilarious! The best filk I've ever read, by far.
