The wedding was a disaster for both sides. It was a unique twist to the fic. I am looking forward to re-reading this fic.

A very sad, yet intriguing story. It had romance, happiness, angst, or a bit of real life problems for a mystical world. It is AU, a very good or great read, and I'm not sure when written in the books timeline. The reason I say this is it left out quite a bit of the last three books, until a flash back to sixth year. So really nothing post Dumbledore dying.

This story seems a tad more depressing than normal. so many characters dead or hurt.

I'm not super clear on something here. They keep talking about "the inferi" as if they're a distinct group, like the Terracotta Army. But aside from Voldemort, who is talking about a specific group of inferi he left in the cave, wouldn't everyone else be referring to inferi as a classification, not a specific group? An inferius is just an animate corpse.

And someone saying they don't believe in them is... strange? Is necromancy so obscure as to be mythical or something? That seems goofy. I reckon there are laws against making them, which wouldn't be a thing for something that isn't real.

I'm pretty sure you can't be brought up on Capital Murder for accidentally killing someone while defending yourself and others.

Even in an insanely corrupt society that seems beyond the pale.

... Okay, why is Petunia being nice to Harry? You haven't established any change of heart for her. You vaguely mentioned her remembering things, but at no point has she expressed remorse or anything else, even in inner monologue. At the least Harry should be weirded out.

Also, why do the Aurors keep burning down houses? That's weird af.

In answer to your question about Nagini: I'm not sure where I read it, but supposedly the snake is a hybrid. She's a boa constrictor crossed with some kind of lethally poisonous viper.

Wow a sequel! That will be interesting!
