Reviews for Saving Connor |

![]() ![]() ![]() I'm so confused, this is the end? |
![]() ![]() ![]() Relationships created this way won’t last long nor be healthy I really feel bad for Harry :( |
![]() ![]() ![]() Ooooh! I absolutely adore your characterisations! And the is-he-isn't-he The-Boy-Who-Lived is great. I also love the pure-blood culture and Harry's Slytherin-ness. Such a fantastic read! |
![]() ![]() ![]() So the story is quite good and full of twists and turns and I love this different take a more powerful Harry Potter to his brother. Part 1 is now complete, Onward to part 2. Take care and be well. |
![]() ![]() ![]() I don't normally read stories where Harry is the WBWL. Though this one is where Harry protects Connor like he's living in a bubble, and gives Connor all the credit. I wonder how long it would be before he says Connor I'm done protecting you. Onward I read. Take care and be well. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Wonderful chapter! Harry’s selflessness (for the wrong cause at that) is heartbreaking. |
![]() ![]() ![]() I so love this! |
![]() ![]() ![]() oh Draco's letters home are perfect lol |
![]() ![]() ![]() Wait so question, were the vows binding or just words? |
![]() ![]() ![]() Although, no, that wouldn't work. On the other hand, thisI choose to repay my debt by watching you kill yourself right now", now this should definitely work. Well, supposedly |
![]() ![]() ![]() "And just as there was no choice about accepting a life debt in the first place, so there was no choice about accepting the form the payment took if it was turned back on the giver." ...the fuck? What do you mean "no choice"? Are you saying that with his wording, Harry basically gave an Unbreakable Vow to go along with whatever Draco chose? So what, if Draco said "I choose to repay my debt by ordering you to kill yourself", would Harry also have "no choice"? |
![]() ![]() ![]() Some things continue to irritate me. Harry's seen now that Snape's threat of detentions every night for throwing the game was a bluff. So why does he keep giving in to Snape's demands? Also, if Connor's such a good boy, why does he continue to keep credit for something he hasn't done, now that he knows the truth? And speaking of truth, how did he even deduce that Harry was the one who's done all this? I thought everyone kept Harry's abilities secret from him, no? So, as far as he's concerned, Harry's just a slightly above average wizard. And Harry again. For someone who's supposed to keep his abilities secret, he's throwing wandless magic around quite liberally. According to Draco's letters he showed it even before the troll accident. Then there is the fact that Lily, James and Dumbledore were so surprised Harry was sorted into Slytherin. For fuck's sake, Lily's been telling Harry he had to appear ordinary since he was what, two ears old? That's basically telling him to be cunning. The premice itself is good, I have no problem with Lily and James being terrible parents (Story wise, of course. I definitely do not think it's okay to raise children to be prejudiced or living weapons with no childhood) and I can't wait for the moment when someone'll bush their heads about it |
![]() ![]() ![]() I don't get why Harry didn't tell Lily about Quirrell. There is literally no reason not to, at lest as far as I can see |
![]() ![]() great |
![]() ![]() I hate that he's been brainwashed by his family to believe he has no value his parents are horrible especially his mom |
