Misato is coming to terms, albeit reluctantly, that she wants to be with Shinji, Asuka is being forced to face her own attraction, and Shinji seems to be ready make the final move.

Oh, and I wouldn't be surprised if it turned out that Shinji went over to Rei's only to help her with her homework.

This is actually the first Evangelion fanfic I have read, and I can see why it has such a huge number of reviews when compared to most others in this section. You are one awesome writer to come up with over fifty fanfics for one show, even if you do claim they are somewhat 'cliched'. Although I'm not one to talk, this is my first read...

Interesting story. You seem to have the ability to take a cliche and make it fresh. This goes on my favorites.

No matter how far out of character you take them... no matter how distant canon is from your current storyline... you always manage to keep these people in their general realms of being.

Case in point: End of chapter 8, both Misato and Shinji shared something potentially massive together... but were so caught up in their individual feelings on the matter that interaction in the sharing was lost.
