| Kinda-Mayvelle chapter 1 . 11/21/2007
Sa, I loved it! Perhaps it's odd of me to say, but I didn't find this disturbing at all. It actually made sense.
If that isn't a snapshot of my mental stability, I'm not sure what is...
But lovely nonetheless. It deserves all the praise it can get.
| this is not a pipe chapter 1 . 6/8/2007
I tried to close my eyes in order to block the image out, but soon realized I wouldn't know what happened next. It's funny, I was reading a wonderful modern day Phantom story, when I look into the author's profile in search of a sequel. Lo and Behold! It was none other than kat097, a favorite of mine since the story What Should Have Happened.
So I immediately began scrounging your profile and went on a hunt for your horror fics. Truly gruesome, if I do say so myself. I don't know how I knew what a heart cut out of it's body would look like, but I could picture it in my head. And closing my eyes didn't work AT ALL. So good job on ruining my appetite, but I wasn't planning on eating much anyways.
Poor Christine...this would make a perfect Leroux Erik.
| dark-hearted rose chapter 1 . 3/27/2007
wow. a COMPLETELY different animal from the other one I just read, "My Beloved Teacher". I could almost ::smell:: the blood, the decription was just gushing out from the screen at me (sorry, horrible pun...). and you have to feel a little sorry for poor Raoul...
hehe... well, I'll leave that work for someone else.
I liked it. very morbid, gory, etc. you write horror very well. and I think the most terrifying and fascinating part of this (and the other one I read as well, but mostly this) is that he just goes about it so clinically and calculated.
*shivers again* well done. I'm going to be seeing that over and over in my head for at least a week.
| Virginie chapter 1 . 2/17/2007

| J.S. Mews chapter 1 . 8/7/2006
You have a sick mind...but I like it. Good writing - keep it up!
| MyPhoenixLament chapter 1 . 7/15/2006
This was terrifyingly beautiful, though I shudder to think that you merely placed third. (Although I almost want to read the one that won, just to see...) Well, I most certainly did not expect that it was Raoul in the beginning, but as soon as she entered the room I had a small feeling in the pit of my stomach in anticipation of what she would find. Very, very morbid, demented, and the like. But also very believable, and absolutely, without a doubt, brilliant. Well done.
