| k-shee chapter 1 . 7/4/2010
Absolutely lovely. That last line made me smile. Amazing demonstration on how Erik twisted Christine's soul.
| musicxlax chapter 1 . 4/15/2009
That was kind of pertubing...very very morbid...but, in a skilled way. You wrapped it up very nicely. Sort of like a bitter, fine cuisine. In any event, well done.
Keep on rollin' :-?
| Adi Sagestar chapter 1 . 2/16/2008
Disturbing... very disturbing...
| this is not a pipe chapter 1 . 6/8/2007
I love it when authors explore the dark side of Christine. She can be so incredibly naive that it becomes amusing in a sick and twisted sort of way.
You have officialy inspired me to write a morbid fanfiction. That is, if I had a decent plot.
Just one question...What exactly is the PFN Morbidity Contest?
| dark-hearted rose chapter 1 . 3/27/2007
I think only one word can sum this up adequately. so, straight from the pen of the lovely Edgar Allen Poe, here it is: 'PHANTASMAGORICAL'!
lovely piece, it really is. and splendidly morbid, which, of course, is awesome. I think you captured a different, more psychopathic Christine with this, which was rather refreshing.
excellent! now i NEED to check out some more of your stuff...
| E. Linnet chapter 1 . 3/12/2007
So horrific, I didn't think that I would like it, but in this way of morbid fascination, I did O_o
Very interesting, very good work.
| Virginie chapter 1 . 2/17/2007
Even dead, Erik has Christine in his power. I don't see it as a problem,I find it even cute. But I'm not a perverse and in your story, I don't think it's a good thing lol .
Anyway, great job . Good idea .
| Broken-Vow chapter 1 . 1/2/2007
That was amazing! One of the best morbid stories I've read! Good job!
| Asparaga chapter 1 . 5/22/2006
Psycho!Christine again...You write excellent horror/morbid stories. Creepy as hell. But then horror's supposed to be creepy, so. You know.
| lluuxx chapter 1 . 3/12/2006
Again, wow. I like this one better, though. What IS PFN?
| RachaelMNiner chapter 1 . 2/19/2006
Wel... I think "The Perfect Rose" was definitely the stronger of this pair of horror pieces. I think part of that comes from the Erik Arrogance Factor that I like so much, where we have exactly the opposite point of view in this piece. Christine is so... demure. Psychopathic, cracked Ming vase, but demure.
It could be the speech patterns, too. You kept true to the hysterical nature of her speech that Leroux used, and that, in and of itself, is quite amusing. But by the same token, I can *hear* her voice squeaking...
Okay, in the end, I think I like the story for sheer morbidity, but it's still hard to compare it to the more refined horror of "The Perfect Rose." _
| Ceris Malfoy chapter 1 . 1/31/2006
| Pavi's Girl chapter 1 . 1/2/2006
Wow, that was kinda scary, but good
| WanderingTeen chapter 1 . 12/22/2005
This is... eerie. But I love it. It's just so... fresh. So different. I've never read anything like it before.
