Wonderful story, romantic, emotional, and very original. I love how you contrasted colors as you contrasted events in their lives cleverly pointing out that black and white are not colors and that was no way to be living. Your very artistic weaving of quotes, sayings and your own poetry throughout the narrative makes this one ‘priceless’.

Wow ! I mean wow!... wow. Ok, you get my drift. Very eloquent I know. lol
As a studiant in arts I can tell you that this story was a real poem. A little...well, in french I'll say "suranné", or you know "out of date" but in a good way. I mean out of this space and time, here a little like in a dream awake. This reminded me of "Alice's adventures in Wonderland": all that kind of phantasmagoria around the colours and your way to tell us their story (colours' story and Grissom/Sara's story both.)
It is quite original: thank you so much just for that. Plus, it is really really well written.
You're a great author that is obvious, but you also have an awesome imagination.
Again with the "wow". ;o)
I hope you'll write again.
PS. Just a little thing: even though in physics black isn't a color, it really is in painting. Frankly it's not that important but well...

I love this story. I am so glad you finally finished it! It is wonderful, and I love the way you bring the colors into it, and each chapter has it's own color. I also like that the colors actually mean something. Beautifully written. Beautiful ending, too.

That was a beautiful way to end this poetic and metaphorical story. You have a very lyrical style and I’m looking forward to reading more from you.

What a great chapter. I was in tears when he proposed. I am a romantic at heart. I liked the fact that he packed "teddy" too. Thanks for a lovely story. May they live happily ever after. anne

Okay, I decided to forego sleep in favor of making it through this story in one night... I am exceptionally glad that I did.
This story was just so incredibly powerful, and filled with so much raw emotion and symbolism. I found myself holding my breath at different points in the story, and my stomach in knots from the sheer depth of emotion being depicted.
Your use of the colors was flawless and often breathtaking with imagery. A truly astounding piece of fiction. Well Done!

Absolutely breathtakingly beautiful. I don't know what else to say really. This was amazing.
| RenLissa chapter 13 . 2/1/2007
I am going to have to go back and read this all over again. It's beautiful. Like a piece of art - where you see something different everytime you look at it. Your writing is just so complicated and flowing at the same time (if that makes any sense). Thanks

Finding this chapter was like getting a belated Christmas present. I am so glad that you are writing. It was a good chapter too. Grissom and Sara are building a relationship that will last. He is learning to give more of himself, finally realising that he is part of a whole now and no longer solitary. She is learning to trust, that leaving does'nt always mean abandeonment. I can't wait for the epilogue. thanks for this chapter. anne
