Oh, this was fab! I loved seeing every little detail of their flirtation as their date progressed.

As always, your humor is spot on, and most creative. I love the image of Remus watching a spider build a web on Moody's hat. :rotfl: And their total ineptitude in the kitchen was priceless! I really like how ... well, "tolerant" isn't the right word. Tonks said it best, like every stupid thing she did was a joke they were sharing.

Loved the symbolism of the sandwich he finally made. Just perfect. And the talk about playing cards, how Remus never knows when to bet or how to fold. Very nice, and so appropriate.

Of course he would be deadly at Scrabble, the # $%$ . I didn't even have the energy to look up the words to make sure he wasn't cheating. :D Lovely scene. And the flirtation over her jumper was fun.

Yes! We finally found out how Remus "cheats" with bra removal. Very clever. I love how you layered in the story about his dad. There's wistfulness and sadness there, which adds so many wonderful layers to this story.

Some of my favorite lines:

" ...he insisted that we scope the place out properly since, apparently, neither of us had anything better to do today than sit in a deserted barn and freeze to death.”

“For the first couple of months I knew you I thought you had books for hands.”

“I like to think I have my moments.” *sigh*

"I’ve never been more glad I refused Mundungus Fletcher’s invitation to go to his place for a hand of Gin Rummy.”

“Call me shallow and cowardly if you like, but I’ve grown rather attached to them over the years, and I wouldn’t put it past him.”

I've gotta find that Buzzcocks song. Poor Remus. Mean old Lily. ;) I happen to love dreary werewolf music, too, and I occasionally mope to it; so I loved the section where they talk about all that. Very witty!

Needless to say the snogging was to die for. I can't wait for their next meeting on Sunday ...

Now on to Dead Sexy Remus for the chocolate ice cream and the "or something," complete with filthy, lecherous werewolf paws and everything.

Brillinat chapter! I do have to say it is very long and drags in bits, but on the bright side, there were some very entertaining dialouge, you're a very clever writer and i envy your flow. Your author's note are my favorite "Spoons, of course, are optional..." hehe. I know there's going to be a random moment tonight or tomorrow that i'm just going to remember it and brust out laughing.

This is just... INCREDIBLE. Really, Remus is simple perfect. And not weirdly perfect, but Remus Perfect. Ahh. I am SOO jealous of Tonks! Merlin. You are amazing, do you know that? You manage to be entirely romantic or sexy or silly or sad, or anything in between and avoid cliches in all shapes and forms. You get a huge golden sticker that says "WO! This may sound odd, but I absoultely love the way you write kissing scenes. Many things are going on at the same time, and I love how you incorporate their feelings. This may sound even wierder, but I could read those scenes over and over. They are very well-written, and some how you manage to describle everyhting very tastefully :)

Scrabble Remus was cute :D He is so devilishly cute, and such a gentleman as well. I loved the line "She decided to pass the time pondering the idea of being deviously seduced by someone who continued to be a rather mischievous gentleman."

I think I would want Flirty Remus. We can just skip the icecream, though. :D

oh, i just adore devious!remus. well, really, i enjoy EVERY type of remus, but him being all mischevious and setting out to seduce tonks is just TOO much fun. she's not making it particularly difficult for him though - not that we can blame her!

anyhoo, i was SO glad to see an update. as usual, more fabulousness. i was endlessly amused by the pasta fiasco, cuz that seems exactly like something i would manage in my misguided attempts to cook. and oh, more fabulous snogging between our favourite pair. honestly, i'm rather jealous at your ability to write those scenes - they're just so marvellous every time, all sexy and romantic without seeming cliched or anything. gold stars for your uber spiffy writing abilities!
