Read this back in 2017 but saw a review posted about it. Still a great story. Would love this expanded. Thanks for the share.

This is a fun, unapologetic overpowered Harry Potter story. A lot more believable. The Dursley part isn't, but a hand-wave might be to say that the neuroses you'd expect Harry to have after his childhood were all sublimated under his overt overconfidence and it all came out in one act. Hermione being okay with it might be due to having given up on reforming Harry. Anyway, I approve - especially nice is that it doesn't really matter WHAT Dumbledore is up to. Harry presents him with fait accompli and he has to deal with Harry's nonsense instead of Harry having to worry about his. I will keep that mentality in mind as I work on my HP stories.

Hey, I know that this was written a long time ago, and I actually read it a long time ago too, but I just reread it and I wanted to say that I love the closing line. It made me smile and helped put me in a good mood.

Actual definitions would be appreciated.

It's concise. Almost a summary.
Plot points hit. Check.
Little development of character. Not much revelation of thoughts or building of world.
This was written over 3 years. Give it a chance.

With this style of story telling, the reader will be informed of what's happening, but fleshing out the world, and "suspension of disbelief" will be the reader's job, rather than the author's.
I do understand that it's finished, and that this chapter is an early one, in a fic that was written quite some time ago, so let's forge ahead.
We'll see.
