Damn, that’s cold. Harry basically just stole the Room of Requirements from its practically defenseless owner, even if only just a portrait of her. Speaking of, can a portrait even be obliviated? Obviously, in this story they can, but I’m talking about canon. They are just constructs of magic (if I’m not wrong), and thus don’t actually have a physical brain, only having a magical one, so would the spell even work? Again, in canon and not in your story since the latter is obvious. I’m not exactly expecting a definitive answer, but I’ve found that it’s always nice to trade theory with others.

/lol, this story was great. A lot of the scenes were better than their representation in some of the reviews. Especially the Dursleys' end.

/People can say what they like, but I like it when Hermione's arse becomes free of "the stick," however it happens. She's much more fun that way.

/Side note: I recommend "Adorable Violence" by Cloud Zen to any other readers. It's an H/H story that features and adorably violent Hermione. YMMV if you can't find violence adorable in any form.
