That was the most touching end to Lily's life I've read and it was perfect - you summed it up brilliantly and I loved the story overall.

This James, this is the one that I don’t like. This is the reason I can understand why Lily said no so many times

Wow that was all over the place but it had an amazing plot and it was so wonderful and *gasp* I loved it so much! Even tho it was all over the place, it was beautifully written and just a really great story overall!

Great story, I enjoyed every moment of it and the development of the relationship between James and Lilly is very well done, not rushed and it actually gives us a clear picture of what is going on in our characters' minds and, most importantly, hearts. As with all the fanfiction regarding James and Lilly, I find myself crying like a baby when we reach that faithful Halloween night, this happenes because we get to know the two of them in a deep and meaningful way: in the books/movies, James and Lilly are just two random characters and the reader doesn't really grow to care for them for they are already dead it's even worse, the only memory we see of James is when he is bullying Snape and acting like a git so the reader doesn't really grow to like James, let alone care. We always think of James and Lilly in regards to Harry when we consider how unlucky and how unfair it was for him to grow without the love of two wonderful parents that are there to support you in your darkest our and to celebrate with you in the brightest, but we never think on the line of "poor James and Lilly, the were so in love and they enjoyed it only for a few years before they died, they have never seen their soon grow up in the great man we know he becomes etc..." What I am trying to say os that with these kind of fanfiction we get to know the two of the and we get to CARE for them so naturally, when they die and we see it from their prospective, it hurts just as much as when Sirius died, actually even more. I love the two of them so much and it always breaks my heart when I read a beautifully written description of that night such as this one. In the end, thanks for the great story and plot, thanks for your hard work and perseverance and for finishing the story, but most importantly, thanks for making me care and for making me cry like a 5 year old that has just dropped his ice cream.

hey so u probs won’t read this because i’m pretty late but ur story was great ! i loves the gradual progression of jily, u didn’t rush it like so many others do so it kept me hooked the entire time. i also loved that there was a overlying plot, so the story wasn’t just based on arguments and making up and all thatthere was an actually good climax and resolution and great plot twists too ! i also loves that you used luna’s mum as one of lily’s friends- i’ve never seen it done before and i really liked it .. it makes sense too ! anyways congrats on a really great story i loved it a lotta lot !
