Cant continue reading this crap. First, i hate how author makes all dialogue with ' instead of ". It's not how apostrophe is used. Second, dumbledork will never be good in my eyes. Even the canon version of him is a manioulative asshole who wanted harry to die. I don't care for his reasons and that greater good bs but the fact he manipulated harry is a no for me

I recognize that this Fanfic is terribly old, and thus you very likely will never receive this but I truly hope that your writing talent has improved greatly since authoring this story.

I've made it this far but I can go no further, everything is terribly cliche'd there are non-stop grammar and spelling issues that should not get passed a single proof read, there/their/they're was misused more often than not, know was written as no repeatedly, Number 4 Privet drive was blown sky high and in under 2 years a new-identical-house was constructed there, and moved into by a magical family, who happens to have a daughter that is their age and is Harry and Ron's perfect new best friend, perfectly positioned to be his rebound when Hermione inevitably leaves him for Harry.

You've just couldn't avoid making Hermione into a super model instead of her normal appearance, for no explainable reason, you also made that dream scene with her incredibly dumb "You'll only have 20 minutes Harry" that dream sequence lasted about 15 seconds, they got in a couple of sentences, and Hermione immediately after waking "Throws the object in her hand out the window without even glancing at it" That is one of the most insane sentences I've ever read.

I've been digging down into the older and less-reviewed fictions of late, hoping to find diamonds in the rough, and I have found some. Sadly I cannot count this towards it, this is not a personal attack on you as a person, but this story deserved a much greater effort on your part, at the minimum a proof-reading.

Good story

My only issue with this story is Harry. He has trained to be this all powerful elemental, and yet still acts like some woosy 15 year old wimp. I mean really! His confidence should be through the roof

Dumbles is an idiot. All this time and he has done nothing to end moldyshorts. And I bet Harry stumbles around like a first year when he first faces voldy and let's him escape.

Despite lots of spelling mistakes and some grammar errors, I found the story a nice change. I did find it to drag out some chapters but all in all I really enjoyed the elemental Harry in the story.

A wonderful ending to a story that IMMHO is a keeper.

I love when fan fiction writers make use of the “and either must die at the hand of the other for neither can live while the other survives” clause in the Prophecy. The first time I read a treatment of this idea is in TomHRichardson’s tale “Daphne’s Letter fro the Future” (a Harry/Hermione and Harry/Daphne pairings). ID: 13445758. It is in Chapter 16. Of course yours predates by 13-14 years.

The swim and its revelations is interesting. Will Harry face Voldemort with only three arrow in his quiver? I like the idea that Hermione could be his water element backup. For that matter couldn’t he perhaps get a replacement. Maybe Merlin can come back and lend his wisdom.

I was a bit disappointed that Harry’s ‘death’ didn’t put paid to the Horcrux. We see here the side of Harry we haven;t really seen, though we’ve been given hints:Harry the BAFM. Kudos to Moody who gives Harry perspective and to Hermione;s love which fully heals him.

I’m enjoying this story.

I like the the Harry/Hermione dynamic. It seems both realistic and true to life.

Another thing I like is that Harry doesn’t can’t simply clean house when he returns, which is also realistic. Voldemort & Co. have had two years to establish themselves and infiltrate the Ministry. Ramosa as Minister magnifies the difficulty greatly.

One other note. There is still a lot of editing that needs to be done. Homophone mistakes, spelling errors, instances in which you start a sentence one way, change your mind and we get two non-matching parts i. the same sentence. I’d recommend finding a third party beta.

Powerful yet retarded harry, coming back not even bothering to actually learn occlumency.. he gets emotional easily and didn't even bother to learn about what happened after he was gone..he also got over sirius death? is this a fucking joke?

I feel like this started really strong and is a very unique tale on “super” Harry! Good read!
