THIS WAS SO SAD FUCK ME UP
| Salome Maranya chapter 1 . 2/10/2016
Shackled, but shackled together (that, at least, is some consolation if only from facing the rest of time alone).
The presence of 'nothing' here was so palpable it was depressing.

| EXY.Uli chapter 1 . 6/25/2009
It was a very well written piece, one of the best. I enjoyed it, but i now i wish i hadn't read it, because the atmosphere was thoroughly depressing.
| Tatacolt chapter 1 . 8/28/2008
Bittersweet, sad... perfect. One of the best written and emotionally devastating stories I've ever read. Nontheless it keeps me fascinated every time I read it. I simply adore your stories. Thank you

I'm so glad I came across this beautiful story. You have a unique style, which is very poetic. I could almost feel Kikyou's pain from your words.

something click inside me when i read this.. i dont know what, but this really touch me deeply!
"At least they could always spiral into each other's nothingness, burrowing into the illusion of peace. They still haven't been set free." - something bout those line really really touch me... hmm... i dont know, somehow i feel rather sad of sess and kikyo being immortal (?)...

You are, without doubt, a very skilled writer. I hope you continue to write.
| Raihu chapter 1 . 7/25/2006
This is excellent writing. Fanfiction at it height, which is a rare thing indeed.
I think you shaped these two characters perfectly, taking them beyond their usual and very boring interpretations as creatures with less personality than a piece of wood - but they still have that cool, calm air of dignity about them, and I suppose that's exactly what makes them such a perfect couple.
Which brings me to my next point: it's very nice to see some real interaction, to have Kikyou and Sesshomaru paired-up without necessarily having them slip into an illogical romance.
There's something very beautiful about this story. I think that ::because:: it's a little sad, ::because:: it's so stark, it manages to be elegant too, in a way that most fanfiction can't hope to imitate.
Definitely an enjoyable read. Thanks for all of the time and thought you devoted to this.
| Killshea KavaniCandelabra chapter 1 . 6/27/2006
That was ... extremely depressing ...
JUST when I was looking for something to cheer me up ...
Oh well. :(
Really good, though. :)
| Youkai Hime90 chapter 1 . 5/14/2006
Beautiful. I think...you captured Kikyou and Sesshoumaru perfectly.
| grace chapter 1 . 5/14/2006
omg that's so sad T_T i hate thinking about heros fading to nothingness when their heyday is over...and death...dying knowing we're never gonna be remembered and that we made an indelible print on the surface of history...omg why i am saying this...it was just too sad.
