Reviews for All Through the Night |

![]() ![]() What a gem this is. I can scarcely believe that such a grate tail could be told in ten chapters. |
![]() ![]() Another thing that I forgot to mention... he has traveled to the past, he has changed things, he has made Salazar less anti muggle-born, riddle should not exist or he should have changed history much more, not only that there are brooms like the ones that harry has created and a missing director... if any small change can cause massive changes, a whole year to change things should have done much more Also, if the founders improve the protections so that harry can't be kidnapped by albus, how is he kidnapped? |
![]() ![]() Although I love the story, I feel that the ending completely ruins the story and that the excuses that Albus makes ruin it even more... how can he not return to what would be his real family for a few years? Riddle doesn't have a body, he can't find where Harry is, he can't think that Harry will be in the past, not without someone telling him, so there was no need to make him come back, Harry doesn't want to go back, he prefers to stay... I sincerely think that the story would have been better without the last chapter and the end of the previous chapter, and abandoned, so at least we could all imagine what the rest of Harry's life would be like with the founders. what has been said, how to ruin a good story in a chapter and a couple of paragraphs |
![]() ![]() ![]() This story was very well done. I couldn't stop reading this all the way to the sweet and sad ending. He had everything he ever wanted and now, they were just memories. I had to add this one to my favorites list. If I ever write another story, I hope it will be as well done. -LLGuido- |
![]() ![]() ![]() it's a great a story. short but great. would love to see harry as third year student interacting with his new knowledge. too bad there isn't a sequel |
![]() ![]() ![]() While I love the premise and adventure back in time, I find the prophecy a poor excuse for a reason to bring Harry back. 1) he was perfectly safe from Voldemort in the past, 2) the prophecy didn't specify that Harry was the only person who could vanquish Voldemort, just that he had the power to do so. 3) Since time passes slowly, Harry could have stayed in the past for the whole summer and he would have had more time to learn what growing up with a loving family was like. 4) Since Fawkes is a phoenix, a creature of eternity, he could have looked for Harry across time and notified Dumbledore of what happened to Harry, and because of Fawkes's eternal nature, he 5) could probably have been able to bring Harry to the future and back. In my opinion, Dumbledore is a selfish prick for wrenching him from a loving mother (Rowena), and also for sending him to the Dursleys. |
![]() ![]() ![]() A truly beautiful story. |
![]() ![]() ![]() And here I am 16 years later crying in the middle of the night for a written boy who lost a mother figure and a family of sorts. It was a good, well written story and very touching story although a part of me wish I hadn't read it. |
![]() ![]() Hello, Loved your story! Why after Harry finds out all he has to say his Aunts is no longer my home! He doesn't! Boy I would in a heart beat. Also with his going back in time he changed things, you would think maybe Tom Riddle would have been too!or maybe his parents survived. Thanks for finishing it. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Best story I have read! I too wish it could continue. |
![]() ![]() ![]() An interesting tale, I wish to read more of this. |
![]() ![]() And then Harry donned his cloak that very night, entered Albus' chambers, found his notes, and created for himself a way BACK. The next morning Albus found upon his desk a note. "Fuck you, fuck your prophesy, and fuck you with your prophesy." Rowena was so glad to have her son home. |
