| JackieStarSister chapter 20 . 2/28
I think you did a really good job in this and the last chapter, balancing Zuko's reluctance and potential for cruelty.
The only thing that seemed to be missing was a reunion with Iroh. He's the one who raised Katara; he was even the protagonist of the first few chapters of this story; I would have liked seeing how he reacted to Katara's return.

oh gods. please write again soon. :( and please please please i beg you with all that is holy and sacred in nature pleeease let this have a happy ending. pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeease. zuko suffered enough.
i like your writing styles. especially with the intermissions like this. :) goodluck in life. college and all. i myself have troubles with it.

it is interesting, your writing style. it's subtle and vague and paints a picture instead of telling a tale. it's nice. :)

Haha this made me laugh! It's like my own list of "Things We Aren't Allowed to Do" featuring the Avatar characters.
| JackieStarSister chapter 3 . 2/18
Ahhh … that line about "escaping one twist of fate only to sink into another" was at the moment when she touches his face, just like in the Crossroads of Destiny (except he doesn't have his scar).
My only question is, where is Iroh at this point? Wouldn't he have wanted to introduce Katara properly? And why wasn't anyone else around to help Zuko?

I'll admit, I was never a bit Zutara fan. But when I saw this art/ATLA-Tempest-in-a-Teacup-315566537 on dA a couple of years ago, I read this story and fell in love with it. I stumbled across it again today, and fell again. Beautifully written, and a refreshing breath on the original storyline. Simply amazing.
| JackieStarSister chapter 1 . 2/10
Okay, I've seen artwork made for this story and heard it mentioned many times on the Internet, but I've never touched it because I don't have much time to read long, already-completed fanfics. But this-this is simply wonderful! Your writing is beautiful, and the interactions here feel genuine. I love the whole idea of Iroh and Katara sharing a paternal relationship, it's something I explore in my Zutara fan fiction, though not from such a young age. I can't wait to read the rest of this series!

Until now, my favorite chapter
| Cat Goliath chapter 22 . 1/18
This was beautifully written. The interaction between Zuko and Katara felt really believable and almost too cute to contain. I laughed, I cried, and I sighed as love bloomed before my very eyes. In other words, I loved this to bits and can't wait to check out the sequel.
| Aspire789 chapter 1 . 1/16
I've read this whole series and really love it! Can you please keep writing the sequel though? Your series fits in really well with the series and adds so much more romance and drama for girls that love avatar like me!
| Syren chapter 21 . 1/8
I can't help but wonder at how great this would've been if it were part of Avatar, as in the show... Although it may have taken some of the attention away from Aang :) Your story was so lovely :) Thank you so much... Thank you too Betas

I hope you're happy now that you broke my fucking heart :'(
| Syren chapter 17 . 1/2
Oh dear Lord, why are you doing this to my poor heart? This piece was soooo beautiful. So much like your other works of art. I am spell bound. Thank you for writing :)
