wow, deep...
Slothful chapter 1 . 3/24/2006
Hmm, I felt like there was a hint of (KakaSaku) there, but then again it could just be my imagination. (I hope you were not aiming for that, to me that pairing and any involving Team 7 student and Kakashi is just not right).

Anyway, on with the piece, it was informative and precise, in the sense that, you have caputured all that is evident in Team 7 and Kakashi's teammates uncanily resembelnces, and you tackled something that is left unsaid in the manga and filled that gap with your own concept, by showing a bit of Kakashi's emtions, or feelings for that matter. It is stg Kishimoto has completely left out, but then again not knowing anything about what Kakashi is going through, is what makes him Kakashi, mysterious and yet vulnerable (I know he is strong and all, but with his past and the way he clearly beats himself about it, just shows that)

Now, as for you theory of "reborn Yondaime"- its practical and logical( in Naruto-verse, of course), and a high possibility that it may come to pass. But then again, with so little to go on with what Kishi gave us, its hard to say. Even though, I myself favour the theory of Yondaime being Naruto's father.

Nice, angst-filled piece. Just what I needed. :)
Zenna chapter 1 . 3/19/2006
wonderful story. i think it's almost... bleak, which really suits kakashi's personality, i think. good job.

you have an interesting theory on the sealing of kyuubi. however, it is my understanding that naruto and the fox are very much seperate. the sealing jutsu yondaime used was so powerful that it required a payment to the god of death. basically, yondaime sealed the fox into a newborn (naruto) and his soul was sealed into the death god's stomach. i don't think yondaime disappeared or changed into anything. he died and a body was left. and naruto, with the yondaime's seal and the fox in his stomach. er, at least thats my interpretation of the events.

eheh... good story!
cutemara chapter 1 . 3/19/2006
interesting take on Kakashi...

It would be even more interesting to see you expand this and add more to it...
