Im only say whaou this is perfect

Oh damn, this was an amazing story. A bit disappointing that there was no climactic confession of love between Shinji and Rei, but nonetheless it was a wonderful story. I loved how you brought back the weapon's original form from way at the beginning of the story. And how you kept up hinting at Shirou and Asuka (and through Kensuke's dream, Shirou and Asuka and Rei) all the way to the end of the story was delicious.

Oh? Since when has he fought before? That sounds like an interesting bit of backstory.

To be honest I'm glad you showed more detail on the relationship between Hikark and her mother, I was starting to wonder whether Yui cared about her at all and only cared solely for Shinji due to the fact that he's Gendos child rather than Kozos.

I just finished the story, and well, it was excellent to say the least. Thanks to everyone for spending so much time and effort writing and working on this story!

It has been 472k words of a story, filled with battles, drops of tears, of sugary fluffiness, of holy-f_-awesomeness...
And it ends. After a glorious battle of gods, of after heroic struggles of the mortal men agaisnts beasts of the Abyss... The world is recovering, the hero gors into a personal quest, away from glory, away from fame, to reunite with a teammate.
The character developement of Shinji, from a quite-wimpy kid to a grown man was a journey through pain, tears, sweats, blood, betrayal and his own inner demon, he is wiser now, but he did not lose his goodness, he fought back tooth and nail agaisnt the dark side, agaisnts his inner demon,...
He has won. Simple as that.
He won the war. He won the struggle between good vs evil. He won the heart(s) of the one(s) he loves. He has won.
'All good things have got to end', yes, 'yet they never truly end': the journey continues. He is now on the search for Asuka. To right more wrongs. And SEELE is still there...

First, as a 40k-er, about the dark side of Shinji... I wonder why isn't the guy shouting "Blood for the Blood God! Skulls for the Skull Thrones!"
The part of D!Shinji's speech of 'murdering your friends' really gives me the creep... And the part when he was but outright saying that he want to ... rape... Rei... And when he went Berserk and had the chance... I really thought... Crap.
BUT! When Shinji broke free from the grip of Khorne and Slaanesh's grip due to the Power of Love, and Rei immediately cared for Shinji despite the fact that herself was scared as hell and hurt... Heartwarming, really heartwarming indeed (despite that it is a surefire thing, as of TV Tropes)
And the fluffy little interaction between Rei and Shinji afterward... Beautiful.
Totally worth it.

I think I can say, with absolute certainty, that this is your best story. It's...perfect, and I've enjoyed it despite the Shinji/Rei hints (I don't like that couple). The characters are faithful to their counterparts in the original series, the story is full of drama and action, and the writing is flawless. One of the best stories I've ever read.

Truly great stuff you've done here, frankly I can't believe how fast I tore through this monster of a fic. I don't really want to go in depth on all the things I really liked about it; that would take much too long, but I can't write this review without mentioning that your Arael was absolutely magnificent in its depravity. I grinned like an idiot when the bastard finally died. I know it can't have been easy to write such a gigantic work and I appreciate all the effort it must have taken. Cheers.

Hooooooooly crap.

I have read my fair share of Evangelion fanfics over a long time, but this one seriously raises the bar in a way I did not imagine possible. An astoundingly well written piece of work, I am so glad I stumbled onto this story, which stands proudly amongst the other giants such as Nobody Dies and EVA: Genocide.

Writing style: 10/10
Professional writing, no noticeable spelling, grammatical or structural hiccups, very well put together.

Setting 11/10
By far the strongest point of the story. The reimagined world of Evangelion that was depicted in writing is a true masterpiece, heads and shoulders above any other Evangelion fanfiction that exists. Building the shape and rules of this world must have been a colossal effort, but one that have not been wasted. Absolutely amazing.

Character development 9/10
A well developed cast of characters that retain just the right amount of their characteristics from the original series. Especially well done is the expansion of the side characters such as Mayumi and Kensuke, as well as the plethora of author created characters.
My only minor complaint is that I feel that there is not enough character interactions between Shinji, Rei, and Asuka. While they get quite a bit of screen time by themselves or fighting, the interactions between them are a bit more scarce than I would have liked. However, I suspect that we will get more of that when we go onto the next story, the adventures of Tsundere, Ice Queen and Idiot throughout Asia and Europe...

Overall: 9.5/10
Rivalling the length of the Lord of the Rings trilogy, this story should be on the 'must read' list of any fan of Evangelion. Chuck me a PM or something. Would love to talk. I have about a million questions for you...

Well so ends a fantastic journey. I must commend you this is without a doubt the best story i have ever read on this site. Its is novel quality, i would buy this in a bookstore if i could just so it would be easier to read. I am absolutely awestruck at the level of detail, and all the time and devotion put into this story over a decade of work. If i had the power to i would send this to gainax and have it made. they have been milking eva for years and i think this would definitely make a better addition than some simple reboot. Well so long and i hope to see more of your work in the future.

Man, I never really thought I would see the end. It's sad but sweet in its own final way. Thank you both for the great ride, the stunning imagery, and the well developed characters. I would pay good money to watch this as a series if it were produced, and feel truly grateful that it has graced my screen for so long. I like the ending, a gentle letdown with a promise of more adventure, the never ending dance between Rei, Asuka and Shinji, and hopes for happier times ahead.
