Wow, what a wonderful; example of well done prose. I loved the emotion conveyed in this piece. You really felt everything that Raven felt. Well done, very well done. Bravo.

| Onehopelesshero chapter 1 . 7/26/2008
Wow...that was really good. The emotion and writting...quite simply, superb. I have not read something of this quality in a very long time. My sincere compliments to a very talented writer.
| xXxLostBunnyxXx chapter 1 . 9/30/2007

| infractus monumentum chapter 1 . 8/30/2007
... My god. That has to be the single most amazing piece of Teen Titans fanfiction that has ever been written. You portray such a sense of pure emotion that the reader feels everything. Near the end, I was almost crying for her. Amazing.
| Stitch titan25 chapter 1 . 6/26/2007
The way you've writtin this story is beyond astonishing. The entire thing just built up to be one of the best endings i've ever read, simple and quick, yet extremely powerful in its own way. How you blurred together Raven's past and present was in such a way that I doubt anyone could top off. And it isn't like any of the other angst fanfics out there, this one has a unique story to it that actually makes you feel like your there with the team. Overall, this is a remarkable story that deserves nothing less of of respect and praise from other writers.
| RayeWilliams chapter 1 . 5/13/2007
I loved this. It was incredible, a true story of courage, determination, and friendship. I'm so glad Azar played a part. Instant-Fave.
| Cleo Noir chapter 1 . 1/19/2007
This was extremely well written. I try to avoid angst, but this was fabulous. How you incorperated the flashbacks with the present was also written well. I enjoyed it a lot, but saw that I had not reviewed(and even had it under my favs)and decided to. This really deserves it.
| Esprit D'escalier chapter 1 . 12/7/2006
Nice story you have here. I love stories where it blurs in and out of her lives, especially when the connecting words are the same.
| HevenSentHellBroken chapter 1 . 7/30/2006
Brovo! Truly heart stopping.
| Horizon Brave chapter 1 . 6/5/2006
You never cease to amaze me. I've read all you stories and love them all. I really liked how you intertwined the past with the present in this story it really added a lot of depth. I really hope that you write more stories. I'm a loyal fan of your work now.
| greenteafarm chapter 1 . 5/21/2006
i was very...surprised. i was expecting that typical raven gets caught, hurt, tortured, blah blah story, you know? but this was beyond my expectations. applause. the flashbacks, especially the one in the library were very nice...they added to the story and her past very well. bravo.
| LM22102 chapter 1 . 3/26/2006
Mhm. I must say this was exceptionally well done. Grammar, vocabulary, and plot wise. I was thrown straight in the middle of a an ongoing battle of a thought provoking story.
The flashbacks were placed as to not cause confusion, and you've evened out the team's actions so that there isn't a main pairing.
My only critique was that Raven was a bit out of character, only so little though as to be so easily lashed at. I can understand that someone, anyone would be after days of toture, but Raven is different, Comic and Animated ways.
But you protrayed her thoughts brilliantly at the end, and your descriptions were nicely dedicated.
In the end, I thoroughly relished and divulged every letter. (I say that to very few!)
Props and brownie points.
| CalliopeMused chapter 1 . 3/25/2006
This story is dark, morbid, more than a little story- and compelling. I passed it the first time I glanced at the summary- but the simple summation of such a complex story caught my eye the second time, and I'm glad it did. The continuing dialogue broken through flashbacks is wonderful, and the tensity spreads through the piece. There aren't any pairings to touch a story about Raven- and you don't need them.
