Finally caught up. Suffice to say and to be honest, never saw that happy end coming. Not to say that it's a bad thing, but unexpected. I like it.

That said, great story, you betcha you'll see me in your future endeavors!

Hi Materia Blade. As you recommended, I started reading this sequel. All in all it's a very enjoyable read. Intricate plot, well-written, good characterisation, the whole works. Sadly I'm not able to read on, however. It's got nothing to do with you. I find myself so much disliking what is happening that I can't go on. Maybe I've got a problem there myself, maybe it's just so much out of my world, but the whole theme of Ranma's gender identity and the crisis that follows is not something I can or want to deal with. I also have a problem with the development between Keika and Irathul. This kind of manipulation and exploitation of Keika's naivety and helplessness, as well as the motives behind it are so diametrically aposed to my character and world views that I almost feel sick. Finally, I've noticed that WoT, at least in this stretch of it's history, is not my cup of tea at all.

So, in conclusion, I stopped reading because of these issues, but I also give you my thanks for the good literary experience. It's the aim of literature to evoque emotions and to make us think, after all, and on that you succeeded.

This is an incredibly difficult story to read. Mostly because I know absolutely nothing about wheel of time. Haven't even gotten around to reading the Wikipedia article yet. And yet its still an awesome story.

I didn't know anything about Wheel of Time before, but it sure awakened my interest.

Good conclusion to a confusing story. You managed to keep things sane, despite the inherent insanity.
