| Rolletti chapter 2 . 12/27/2011
If I could I would hug an Impala. This was such an amazing story...wretched hillbillies...lovin' Dean and his two babies.
| Rolletti chapter 1 . 12/27/2011
Okay, this first chapter just brought tears to my eyes at the end.

Why did I not know about this fic earlier? *blinks* I love it, giving the Impala such a protective wonderful personality...

The Impala is freakin awesome! She totally kept Sammy safe from those hillbillies untill his big brother could find him. I loved how she shut her door after sammy had climbed in nad then locked the hunters out. What an awesome girl. That was so well written. I actually felt poor sammys fear being chased by those guys. BTW "The Benders" actually freaked me out. I have this thing with hillbillies, clowns and Job!

This was a BRILLIANT idea! I mean, no joke, completely BRILLIANT! I LOVE this story! Totally going in my favorites! I mean, I love the first chapter especially with the Impala protecting Sam with the locking and unlocking doors, then in the second chapter at the end all the smells Sam was noticing...brilliant job! :)

| KKBELVIS chapter 2 . 8/23/2009
Black, chic and shiny, the 1967 testosterone inspired Chevy Impala sat in the middle of an otherwise empty parking lot. Nothing could touch that car. It was tuff.
Aww...what a touching story...
Looking at the Impala that way melted my heart.
Another great one. Having a fun night.
I'm on a roll...

Great last line. I LOVED this: "This car had been his childhood. He had laughed, learned, and been loved here. He had hurt, bled, and cried here. And most of all, he still lived here.
When he closed his eyes, he swore he could still smell the lingering scent of his father: a mixture of sweat, smoke, and something sweeter, an herb Sam could never place. He could see the ghost of his older brother, when Dean was younger, grinning at him from the front seat, confident that he could do anything and constantly proving it to Sam. And if he tried even harder, he was sure he smelt his mother’s perfume –" Wonderful details. Very poignant and moving.

I love how the car helped the boys out. And I love stories where they go up against humans, especially Benders-type stories. Nice job!

i can totally see the impala as a guardian spirit or whatever.
