Ohmygod! This just keeps getting better and better! I’m so glad Bear’s okay. I just love that dog! And Missouri! You bring her to life so well! And I love how Sam slowly remembers Dean. Remembers how he wanted to surprise his brother by showing up at the airport. Gosh, I can just see him! The confusion and the tentative trust he begins to place in Dean even though he still really doesn’t remember him. And John…well, let's just say that he's not making any friends with me. Yeah, he saved Dean... but he only came because he thought they might have a lead on the demon. You bastard John!

** "No," Dean said, and John froze. Interruptions weren't common- multiple ones were grounds for punishment. "It's Sam."

Oh, this made me ache. But, it’s exactly how I see it would have been for them. I wish I didn’t… but I do.

** Admitting failure had never been his strong suit. Sitting before his father made him feel young, like an incompetent kid.

Oh Dean. That is so something you are not. Incompetent or a kid. I hate that his father makes him feel that way. Twists me up inside.

** Sam's head came up and the subtle movement drew Dean's attention. There was a light in Sam's eyes as he said, "I wanted to surprise you."

I literally held my breath here. Hopeful that Sam was remembering! I so want those brothers back, for Dean’s sake more than Sam’s. Though they’re both suffering, Dean so very much needs his little brother back. It’s like Sam’s amnesia has stolen a part of Dean’s soul and I ache for him. I really, really do.

** John's jaw dropped and his eyes grew large. His shoulders hardened with tension. "You what?"

Uh, you #&*%%! Your boys are hurting and all you can think to do is get angry with them. Gr!

** Dean suppressed a smile as his father was led away by the stout black woman...

I LOVE Missouri! Just love her! I love her even more now!

** "So that's our dad, huh?" Apprehension glittered brightly in his eyes.

Oh Sammy….

** "Yeah. She babysat us once while Dad was… grieving." Or hunting for demons. Whichever.

Love it! Love how Dean handles this.

** Sam took a breath. "I have these dreams sometimes… of a person, a shape shifter?"

Ah shit! Of all the horrible things for Sam to remember, it had to be that.

** Sam snorted. "Famous last words, I'm sure."

Ah heck. Off to the next chapter...

Love this story! And I figured out what Linda is most attached to and why the wraith is there. Of course I'm ususally wrong but that doesn't matter because whatever happens, I know it will be thrilling!

This rocks so much is like, okay, I have no words to describe how much this rocks!

Sam finally remembers! Before that, it was so sweet that Sam admited to Dean that he knew, he believed Dean was his brother. The boy was suffering so much and needing his brother so much!

Loving this fic to pieces. Great work.

This is such an intriguing story! I really like how Sam almost instinctively trusts Dean, but feels nothing for John. That certainly speaks volumes. I can't wait for more.

Ol' Linda the sneaky snake. Glad the Sam we all know and love is back. I wonder how normal Sam is going to deal with Linda, because I felt that the truth about the sneaky snake was not going to sit well with amnesiac Sam. Well, he might react the same. I'm furious to know the sneaky snakes motives. What an excellent tale you have weaved. Can't wait for all the stuff to hit the fan.
