| JolieBlack chapter 1 . 3/12/2007 Good one! I love fics that try to get inside N's head after COTBP/during DMC and that do it in a convincing way. Yours does. Your N is a great mix of being beyong caring and then not being beyond caring at all at the same time. Gotta love the angst. There is some very delicious, very In Character snark in the dialogue, which makes it ring true, and the idea of the haunted hammock totally cracked me up. It's such a very Ragetti idea. A bit of constructive criticism, if you don't mind: There is a slight POV glitch towards the end. The story is from N's POV on the whole but in this line "Elizabeth had a sinking feeling that she didn't like the turn this conversation had taken." we're suddenly inside E's head, which is slightly inconsistent, technically speaking, but not a big thing (or even easily amended, if you're the type of writer that edits after posting). Anyway thanks for sharing! |

But your writing is wonderful, as I read your words I could almost see the scene being played out by Jack Davenport (he is very good with angsty and espressive moments.) Great story! |

I do not know why I have not added you in my fav author list despite loving all your stories, I will do it now. |
