It feels like Raven has been nerfed in this story. She took on her father and succeeded. I don't see how she is portrayed as weak in this story. I get that the bracelet negated her powers. But she hardly did anything and is somehow exhausted. Not to mention, as strong as Danny is, he has nothing on Trigon, so Raven should not have struggled to contain him.

Starting at chapter 6 the formatting gets all weird. Could you fix the formatting? It’s a bit distracting.

They all looked at him cautiously, as if he could easily explode in their faces. The Fenton's usual bravado for ghosts was gone as they eyed him carefully, not sure what to think. Both Maddie and Jack blocked his path to Jazz, as if he would just lunge after her like the monster they thought he was. Even Jazz, who knew who and what he was, couldn't look him in the eye, her face filled with dread. They were all afraid and leery of him, as if he was…

"As if you were me," he could hear the voice say. Danny could once again here Him jeer. "Didn't I say it was a matter of time?" The laughter echoed in his head, causing a sharp pain. He grabbed his head as the laughter only got louder.

"Stop!" he said out loud, surprising Raven. He backed up again, terror seizing him. "Leave me alone! I'm not like that!" The others had confused looks on their faces as they watched the white haired ghost just break down. He flew like a rocket towards the sky, until he just disappeared from view.

As the mysterious figure came closer, she could make out more features: pale, blue skin, white flames for hair, sharp pointy teeth displayed in a toothy smirk. The most distinguishing feature was the symbol on its chest: the logo for the ghost known as Phantom. The creature hissed, its forked tongue darting out of its mouth as it pounced towards Raven.

Yeah I draw some large issues with this part of the story, Danny is able to split into four copies of himself by the end of the series, supposedly this Danny has been training constantly for a year...Why can he not teleport, or rip holes into the ghost zone, you know powers displayed by both Vlad and his future self.

Now Im not saying there aren't situations where phantom wouldn't be enough just that his inability to stop those missiles feels very forced for plot. Over all he doesn't seem any stronger than his end of series counterpart. Than again I am judging a rather old story so shame on me.

I've been liking it so far but you're doing this thing that doesn't make sense. By this point Danny could control his powers very well. The Ghostly Wail is inherently destructive though, there's not a lot of control one can give it unlike Danny’s other abilities. So I can't make any sense out of Raven saying she'll help him control his powers.

Okay, this chapter was better and ended funnily with the Box Ghost getting Pandora's Box (I think).

Danny’s sudden change was horribly written, as was his sudden shock. I mean you act like this happened on the day after he got his ghost powers. he's already seen reality warping abilities and horrible and spooky things, he's not someone with a weak constitution.
