Omg, I had tears in my eyes right from the beginning. This was hilarious. I especially loved Mugen's imagining of what went through Rodriguez' mind during the match, contrasted with Fuu's total lack of interest. I wish this story had been in the series. I could totally picture it happening. Great work. I know it's been a decade, but I hope you're still writing.

Oh boy...where to begin? First of all, it's really a pity this doesn't have all the reviews it deserves. How you came up with this and executed it as well as you did is beyond me, but you did one hell of a job. It was genuine, hilarious, and reflective all at once. There was so much to love about this story, so I will just pick a few out: I love how you actually gave the beetle a personality. I loved how you went so far as to explain how Mugen came up with the name Rodriguez to begin with. I just love how you wrote this...your style is impeccable. The whole thing was just perfection, plain and simple. It's shameful how few reviews you received for this. But thanks for this excellent piece of SC fanfiction :)

Absolutely breathtaking with faithfulness to the characters. Every word of dialogue could have come straight from an episode, and very little of it did. The first chapters had me rolling with laughter, and you let me down gently into the more serious side of things as you showed Jin's situation from Mugen's point of view. Expertly done. I can't believe how much I love it.
